Below are some common problem:
1. Why I could not find the wavlink device in the device manager>>Network adapter after I
install the device.
(1) Pls make sure you should remove the sticker from the pci-e interface of the device before
installing.
(2) Pls try to connect the device to another pci-e slot of the motherboard.
(3) Pls try to Upgrade the bios if possible.You could find bios at the website of the pc
manufacturer
(4) Try to reset the bios by uninstalling the battery for 1 min and install it back.
2. When I try to install the driver of the wifi adapter,I get some error,what should be do?
There are two folders for the wifi adapter.If you get error from one folder when you are trying to
installing the driver.Pls try to install the driver from another folder.
3. I install the driver successfully,however I could not find the wifi list
(1) Try to restart the system.
(2) Try to connect the wavlink device to another pci-e slot of the motherboard.
4. What should I do if the wifi is not stable?
(1).Reinstall the driver by window might be helpful for such problem
Go to control panel
Go to hardware and sound
Click on device manager
Right click on wavlink device
Click on uninstall device
Place check mark on delete the driver software for this device
Click uninstall
Shutdown computer
The try to install the driver again
(2).Such problem might be cause by the pc turn off the adapter randomly
Take ac 9560 for example,pls follow the picture to uncheck allow the computer to turn off this
device to save power for wavlink device.
(3).Pls try to change the wireless channel of your router.(Crowded channel might be another
reasons)
For 2.4g,pls choose 1 or 6 or 11.
For 5g,pls choose 36 or 40 or 44.
(4).Check if your router combine 5g and 2.4g signal into one signal.If so,pls try to Separate 5g
signal from 2.4g signal,then try to connect the 5g signal.
