Malfunction : Safety-key board man
Circumstance: Place the Safety-key. The Displays does not
have any reaction.
Possible Causes: 1.Safety-key board faulty.
Troubleshooting : 1.Check the safety-key magnet
2.Inspect Safety-key board Wiring connected
3.Replace the safety-key board and test again.

Malfunction: Unit cannot start
Circumstance: After power on, no displays
Possible Causes: Malfunction of the Power Voltage Input, or
Damage to the Parts
Troubleshooting: 1.Check the Fuse and the Switch
2.Check if all cables is well-connected
3. Inspect EUP board
4.Replace drive board (TFT).
5.Replace Control board Power Light

Malfunction: Burnt fuse
Circumstance: Upon boot, the Safety Fuse is blown immediately
Possible Causes:
1. The Parts of the Machine has short-circuit reactions
2. Malfunction of the Parts of the Driver Set
Troubleshooting 1.Check if the Machine Wiring is broken or the
if there is any short-circuit reaction.
2.Take out the Power Cord and directly check the screws
from AC1 to the housing or from AC2 to the housing to see if
the Parts have any short-circuit reactions.
3.Replace the Drive board and test again
4.Replace Filter.

Malfunction: Burnt fuse
Circumstance: Press the speed up. The Fuse is tripped off.
Possible Causes: 1.short-circuit reactions in the Motor
2. Malfunction of the Drive board.
Troubleshooting 1.Replace the Drive board and test again
2.Replace Motor and test again
3.Replace the Sensor Set and test again

Malfunction : Burnt fuse
Circumstance : After running for a while,
the Fuse is suddenly tripped off.
Possible Causes: 1. Fuse faulty.
2.Running deck or belt is worn away
3. Drive board faulty.
Troubleshooting: 1.Check main fuse?
2. Inspect lubrication system
3. Inspect running Belt is too tight or loose ?
4. If running belt is worn away, please change
new one.

Malfunction: Malfunction of the Wireless Heart Rate Device
Circumstance: Malfunction of the Wireless Heart Rate Device
Possible Causes:
1. Inadequate battery voltage for the Heart Rate Transmitter
2. Malfunction of the Heart Beat Receiver
3.Ambient interferences such as the light and the speaker
Troubleshooting: 1.Replace Heart Rate Transmitter or the battery
2.Check the Wireless Heart Beat Receiver Wiring
3.Replace the Wireless Heart Beat Receiver

Circumstance: HTR value is not correct.
Possible Causes: 1. Malfunction of the HTR Wiring
2. HTR board faulty.
3. Malfunction of display Wiring
Troubleshooting: 1.Check the HTR wire connection.
2.Check the HTR board signal LED

Malfunction.: ERR0R_1_2
Circumstance : Displays shows ERR0R_1_2. the Machine runs at half speed.
Possible Causes: 1.Treadmill deck / Belt is worn away seriously
2. Malfunction of the Motor Temperature Switch,
or Wiring is not well-connected
Troubleshooting 1.Check if the Motor surface is hot when the message appears.
If yes, the Treadmill Board/Belt is worn away to a certain degree
Please inject oil for maintenance, or replace the Treadmill Belt
2.If the Motor is not very hot when the message appears,
please check if the Temperature Switch Wire is well-connected?
3.If the Motor is not hot and the wire is well-connected
when the message appears, Malfunction of the Motor
temperature Switch Parts may be the cause.
