STAGE 63: THE CIRCUIT BOARD
STEP 1 Look at the circuit board tted in Stage 57. Each of the
sockets has an identifying letter which corresponds to the eight cables
(A, B, C, D, E, F, G and P). Make sure to properly identify them before proceeding.

STEP 2 Take the cable marked
with the letter A and bring it over
the circuit board.
STEP 5 Now take cable F and
t it into the socket labelled F,
positioned behind socket A.
STEP 3 Locate socket A, at the
front of the circuit board and insert
cable A’s connector into it.
STEP 6 Fit cable P into the socket
labelled P, behind F.

the socket as far as it will go.

marked D, next to where you tted

cover from the box.

slot at the front of the tank, on the
left side.
STEP 19 Insert three (LR44)
batteries into the battery box.
Make sure to place them in the
correct orientation.

cable into the slot on the left.

into place in the top of the tank,

bolt (Parts 50) into the hole at the
front of the battery box and tighten
into place to secure the box in
position.

STEP 20 Replace and secure the
battery box cover.

STEP 28 Insert the two posts of
the tank into the corresponding
holes in the upright part of the
frame, between the rear cylinder
and the oil tank.
Work through the buttons on
the control to test the various
functions of the bike.
The second row of buttons from
left to right; press to turn the
engine noise on/off, hold to
hear the acceleration, sounds
the horn.
The third row from left to right;
press to turn on the headlight
and tail light, press to activate
high beam and tail light, press to
activate the brake light.
If any of the functions don’t
respond, turn the bike off,
remove the batteries, check the
connections and try again.
STEP 26 Take the two halves of
the tank (Parts 64) and align the
pins in one with the corresponding
holes in the other.
STEP 23 Insert the three batteries
into the space, taking care to t
them in the correct orientation.
STEP 21 Prepare the remote
control (Parts 68) and three more
(LR44) batteries.

the tank together.
STEP 24 Always aim the controller
at the horn. Press the power
button in the top right corner of
the remote control, this should turn
the bike ‘ON’. At this point, try the
kickstarter on the right side of the
bike to start the engine sound.

cover from the reverse of the

longer spark plug cable into the
other hole in the tank.

one of the replacement bolts

STAGE 64: THE SEAT BASE
STEP 1 Take seat bases A and B (Parts 65) and hold
them, as shown.

STEP 2 Place the holes in the tab of base B over the
two posts at the rear of base A.
STEP 3 Tighten one of the washer screws (Parts 65)
into the rear hole.
STEP 4 Then tighten another washer screw into
the second hole to secure the parts together.

STEP 1 Prepare the assembly
from Stage 64, seat bases C
and D and the screws (Parts
66) and the seat cover and
screws (Parts 67).
STEP 4 Insert the end of seat
base C into the wider end of the
seat cover.
STEP 2 Insert the end of seat base
B into the narrow part of the seat
cover.
STEP 5 Push the seat base into
the cover as far as it will go.

around the kick starter pedal.

the upper end into the forward
hole of the oil tank.
