Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the PRO 900 headphones. We advise that you read this user
manual in its entirety before unpacking the contents of the box, so that you are familiar with
all of the functionality that this product has to offer. Please be sure to check that all of the
parts and accessories listed below under 'box contents' are included in the package. If the
PRO 4000 fails to operate properly, or if you encounter any problems while using it,
disconnect it immediately and contact your local dealer for more information and help.

Please inspect the device and the included accessories.
Should you discover that either the device or one or more of the included parts have been
damaged or rendered defective while in transit, please contact your dealer directly.

Safety instructions
– The housing of these headphones is not to be opened by the user.
Damage caused by misuse and/or modifications made to the device are not covered by the
warranty.
– These headphones do not contain any parts that need to be repaired or replaced by the
user. Should maintenance or repairs be necessary, they must be handled by a qualified
technician.
– These headphones are capable of producing volume levels that can cause short-term and
long-term hearing damage. Always set the volume to a comfortable level for listening and
take breaks regularly so your ears can recover. It is not recommended to use headphones
for hours on end.
Important information regarding safety and health:
- Do not remove any labels or stickers from these headphones.
- Do not leave any cables lying around.
- The headphones should not be opened up, and any hardware or software that may be
present should not be modified.
- To achieve optimal performance, inputs on the headphones should not be fed with a signal
higher than necessary.
- The headphones should only be used indoors; contact with water, rain and moisture should
always be avoided.
- Remove the headphones from any nearby flames or heat sources; do not place them near
flammable fluids, gasses or objects.
- Disconnect these headphones if they will not be used for a longer period of time, if
maintenance is necessary, or if they need to be cleaned.
- Do not pull on the cable to remove a connector, as it can cause damage.
- Do not use any cables other than the ones described in this manual. Do not use defective
or non-functioning cables. Please contact your dealer if the included or necessary cables do
not function properly with these headphones.
Guidelines and operation:
- These headphones are intended for adult use only.
- These headphones should not be used by children without adult supervision. Bear in mind
that the volume level can be harmful and the cable presents a choking hazard.
- The headphones may only be used in a suitable environment where no damage to the
device can occur. Do not use these headphones in a moist or dusty environment like:
- indoor swimming pools where chlorine is used
- beaches where there is sand and salt
- outside
- indoors in spaces where intense heat sources are present, or where it reaches
temperature levels that would be considered uncomfortable for a person
- Avoid impact and collisions during use and transport. Avoid using excessive force when
installing and operating these headphones.
- The user should become familiar with the functions of the headphones before using them.

- Should the headphones not be used in the manner described in this user manual,
damages or even injuries could occur. Devine cannot be held responsible for any injuries or
damages that occur as a result of improper use of this product.
Storage and transport:
- This product is designed for mobile use. Always transport them in the original packaging, or
in a bag or flight case with a fitted foam inlay. Make sure the headphones are not exposed to
situations that may cause permanent damage as a result of severe impacts, collision, or falls
from high altitudes.
- If the headphones are not going to be used for a longer period of time, they should be
disconnected and stored in a dust-free environment.
- Do not expose the headphones to extreme temperature differences.
Symbol explanation:
WEEE: Ensure that this device is disposed of properly. This product falls under
the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive. The
requirements of this directive apply to all manufacturers and producers of
electronic devices in the EU. Do not throw this product away with regular

Use and possibilities
Cables
The Devine PRO 900 headphones come with a fixed, partly straight cable, with a mini TRS
plug at the end. This type of plug is suitable for most consumer electronics such as
computers, tablets, smartphones and MP3-players. To connect the headphone to pro audio
equipment, the included adapter is usually needed to transform the mini TRS plug to a
normal TRS sized plug. The adapter can easily be screwed on the mini TRS connector,
ensuring that it has a solid connection and won't easily come loose.
Should your audio source have a different headphone output connector, please contact your
local dealer for advice.
Adjustable headband
By carefully pulling on the ear pads and the headband, you can adjust both to fit your head
and cover your ears properly and in a comfortable position.
Swiveling ear cups
The ear cups of the PRO 900 headphones have hinges to make movement in multiple
directions possible. It is therefore an ideal headphone for DJ purposes where one or both
easrcups are often removed from the ear to hear the surrounding sound better. The ear cups
are closed so they block a lot of sound from the direct environment, making it able for the
user to focus on the sound projected by the drivers.
Using the headphones in hazardous situations
In some situations, it is strongly advised not to use these headphones, as they close off your
ears to ambient sound. Never use these headphones while participating in traffic (as a
pedestrian, bicyclist, or driver).
