ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE
FOR TWISTER-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for TWISTER-series turnstiles.
Every 400,000 cycles and in any case every six months:
1. Check proper fastening of nuts.
2. Check/adjust decelerator.
3. Check e ciency of lock/release levers.
4. Clean/lubricate line guide.
5. Check state of rollers.
Each 1,000,000 cycles, replace:
6. Rollers and electro-locks.
Each 3,000,000 cycles, replace:

GUIDE TO ORDINARY MAINTENANCE FOR WING40-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for WING40-series turnstiles.
Each 4,000,000 cycles, and, anyhow, every six months:
1. Power up the turnstiles, check that the electro-lock works e ciently when closed.
2. With the main power cut o , check for smooth sliding and gearmotor reversibility.
3. Check proper fastening of nuts.
4. Check proper fastening of ground anchoring bolts.
5. Clean the inside of the operator from any dust created during operation.
6. Clean/lubricate bushing on upper part
of the operator.
7. Clean/lubricate bushing on lower part
of the operator.
8. Clean/lubricate leaf pin.
9. If you have installed a glass leaf-pane, replace the pull plug.
10. Check that all electrical and wiring connections are sound and replace any damaged parts.
11. Check tautness of the leaf rod.
12. Clean the tube using, if necessary, using specifi c cleaners for stainless steel.
13. Keep the stop-go light clean - only use a water-moistened cloth.
14. Check proper positioning of the leaf when opening and closing (possibly reset the parameters by following the instructions in the
installation manual).

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE
FOR SALOON40-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for SALOON40-series turnstiles.
Every 400,000 cycles and in any case everysix months:
1. With the main power cut o , check for smooth sliding and gearmotor reversibility.
2. Check proper fastening of nuts.
3. Check proper fastening of external tube screws.
4. Check proper fastening of ground anchoring bolts.
5. Clean the inside of the operator from any dust created during operation.
6. Cleaning/lubricating the plastic parts that slide in contact with the aluminum tube.
7. Check that all electrical and wiring connections are sound and replace any damaged parts.
8. Cleaning of the outer tube (clean with a water-dampened cloth).
9. Keep the stop-go light clean - only use a water-moistened cloth.
10. If a radar is installed, keep the glass clean (clean with a water-dampened cloth).
11. Check proper positioning of the leaf when opening and closing (possibly reset the parameters by following the instructions in the
installation manual).

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE
FOR XVIA-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for XVIA-series turnstiles.
Each 1,000,000 cycles and/or, anyhow, every six months:
1. Cut the mains power o to check that the motor’s reverse slides smooth ly
2. Check bolt tautness
3. Check tautness of the bolts for fastening to the ground
4. Clean the inside of the operator from dust and debris which forms during operation
5. Check tightness of bolts on tripod head
6. Check fall-away arm e ciency
7. Check that all electrical connections and wiring and cabling are sound. Replace any damaged items with new items
8. Clean the body using specifi c cleaners for stainless steel
9. Keep the stop-go light clean - only use a water-moistened cloth.
10. Check that the tripod is properly positioned when rotating - you may have to adjust the parameters by following the instructions in the
installation manual)

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE
FOR STILE ONE-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for STILE ONE-series turnstiles.
Each 1,000,000 cycles and/or, anyhow, every six months:
1. Cut the mains power o to check that the motor’s reverse slides smooth ly
2. Check bolt tautness
3. Check tautness of the bolts for fastening to the ground
4. Clean the inside of the operator from dust and debris which forms during operation
5. Check tightness of bolts on tripod head
6. Check fall-away arm e ciency
7. Check that all electrical connections and wiring and cabling are sound. Replace any damaged items with new items
8. Clean the body - use specifi c cleaners that do not damage the paint coat
9. Keep the stop-go light clean - only use a water-moistened cloth.

FOR GUARDIAN-SERIES TURNSTILES
This documents provides installers with instructions on mandatory checks during maintenance jobs for GUARDIAN-series turnstiles.
Every 400,000 cycles and, anyhow, every six months:
1. Check turnstile internal wiring and verify that there are no loose or damaged cables.
2. Check that there are no abnormal movements and that rotation is smooth by turning the turnstile. Any sudden locking could be a sign
of malfunction.
3. Check that turnstile is securely fi xed to the ground by trying to move it; poor ground anchoring could lead to danger.
4. Check bolt tightness.
5. Check hydraulic damper adjustment.
6. Check the e ciency of lock/release levers.
7. Linear rail cleaning/lubrication.
8. Check roller condition.
Each 1,000,000 cycles, replace:
9. Rollers and electric locks.
Each 3,000,000 cycles, replace:
10. Runner springs.
