ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The Model PSK-COF proofer stacking kit has been designed for assembly in the field.
Tools Required
• Screw Driver, Medium Flat
• Ratchet, ¼ Drive
• Ratchet Extension, 3”-4”
• Socket, ½”
• Wrench, ½” open end or box end

• 1ea. Base Q9-PSK-300
• 1ea. Extension Q9-PSK-312
• 1ea. Adapter Q9-PSK-320
• 1ea. Caster Set 36-C
OR OR
• 1ea. Leg Set 36-C-1
• 1ea. Hardware Set

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Attaching the casters or legs to the base
Casters
1. Set the base on its edge. Determine the front from the back of base from location of center brace (see the illustration
below).

2. Set aside the hardware required to attach the casters to the base:
a. 16 ea. 5/16-18-3/4 Cap Screws
b. 16 ea. 5/16-18 -3/4 Hex Head Nuts
c. 16 ea. 5/16 Medium Lock Washers

3. Swivel casters are attached to the Front pads and the rigid casters are attached to the rear pads. Use the hole
locations for the caster as indicted in the illustration 3.

4. Attach casters with the nuts, bolts, and lock washer in this manner.
Legs
1. The legs attach directly to the nuts welded on the backside of the base-mounting pad. See illustration 3 for proper
location.

Step 2 Attaching the proofer to the base
1. Uncrate Proofer
2. Remove plastic wrap from sides
3. Remove water pan, rack slides, and floor from proofer
4. Lay proofer on back
5. Place base against proofer, aligning front of proofer with front of base (See illustration 2 to determine front of base)
6. Set aside the hardware required to attach the proofer to the base:
a. 6 ea 5/16-18-3/4 Cap Screws
b. 6 ea 5/16-18 Hex Head Nuts
c. 6 ea 5/16 SAE flat washers
7. Attach proofer to the base as indicated in illustration

Step 3 Attaching extension to the base
1. Remove plastic wrap from extension sides
2. Lay extension next to proofer.
3. Align holes in bottom flange of extension with holes in base
4. Set aside the hardware required to attach extension to the base:
a. 6 ea. 5/16-18-3/4 Cap Screws
b. 6 ea. 5/16-18 Hex Head Nuts
c. 12 ea. 5/16 SAE flat washers
5. Attach extension to base as indicated in illustration 6

Step 4 Placing Adapter on Proofer and Extension
1. Turn Proofer upright onto the caster or the feet
2. Place the adapter onto the top of the proofer and extension.
3. Set aside the hardware required to attach the adapter to the extension.
a. 1ea. 10-32 X 1¼” Flat head machine screw.
b. 3ea. 10-32 X 3/8” Truss head machine screw.
c. 4ea. 10-32 Hex head nuts.
d. 1ea. PSK-512 (Spacer)
4. Attach the adapter to the extension as indicated in illustration 7. The purpose of attaching the adapter to the
extension is to hold the extension tight against the proofer. Be certain the extension is tight against the proofer
before tightening the nuts and screws.

Step 5 Placing the Oven onto the Proofer Stacking Kit
1. Uncrate the oven
2. Tilt the oven onto its back
3. Screw the four stacking pins (3/8-16X1½”) into each corner
4. Lock the front casters attached to the proofer base.
5. Place the oven onto the top of the proofer, extension, and adapter. Be certain that the stacking pins align with the
holes in the top of the adapter. See illustration 8.
