THERMOMETER INSTALLATION KIT

MODEL PF-F-1-LMDR PROOFER

De-energize the Proofer.

Remove all trays from right side of proofer.

Remove the rack along the right inside wall of proofer cavity.

Locate and drill two (2) holes per the below illustration. Use a 0.136 diameter drill bit.

Using (2) two # 8 self-tapping stainless screws, install the small mounting bracket

provided.

Install the rack on the right side of the proofer,

Install the Thermometer, by sliding bottom assembly tab into the mounting bracket.

Installation is complete.
