MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1 )
1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and
check that all parts are included as shown in the
illustration.
2. Shut off power at the circuit breaker and remove old
fixture, including the mounting hardware.
3. Position Mounting Plate (B) on the wall, and mark
location of two mounting holes. Pre-drill the holes for
the plastic anchors (J). Insert the Plastic Anchors (J)
into the wall.
4. Attach the Mounting Plate (B) to the Outlet box (A)
using the two screws (C). The side of the mounting
plate marked “GND” must face out.
5. Place the Wood Screws (K) through the hole into the
Plastic Anchors (J) to secure the Mounting Plate (B).
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)
6. At this point, connect the electrical wires as shown
in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are
secured. If your outlet has a ground wire (green or
bare copper), connect the fixture’s Ground Wire to it.
Otherwise, connect the fixture’s Ground Wire
directly to the mounting plate or Reinforcement
Plate using the Green Screw provided. After wires
are connected, tuck them carefully into the outlet
box.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)
7. Place Fixture Body (I) over Mounting Plate (B),
fasten with Screws (D) by using Allen Wrench (E)
provided.
8. Place Glass shield (G) onto the Support Slot (M) and
secure with Plastic Bushing (L) and Lock screw (H).
9. Install light bulbs 4*60w G16 1/2 (not included) in
accordance with fixture’s specifications. (DO NOT
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!)

10. Place Glass panel (F) inside the two Brackets (N).
Your installation is now complete. Return power to
the outlet box and test the fixture.
Note: Illustration (Fig. 1) on this manual is for
installation purposes only. It may or may not be
identical to the fixture purchased.
