Cover bed pad with a bed sheet
Transmitter cable ON / OFF Switch
Plug transmitter into connector inside bed pad side pocket
Switch on transmitter and ensure red light flashes
Cover transmitter inside side pocket
Press and hold bed pad for at least 15 seconds to
activate transmitter
Place bed pad on a mattress at shoulder or hip level

Insert 2 AAA batteries
Temperature & humidity sensor should be installed
at a well-ventilated indoor location

and toilet to cover the areas where most daily
activities occur.

of the door
Install the small part on the door frame closely to the
main part with less than 1cm distance

Please follow below steps to reset the gateway if your
App account does not connect.

Ensure Internet and power cable is connected to
gateway
2
Use the end of a paperclip to press the reset button
at the back of gateway

Press and hold for 5 second to reset the internet and
account setting
4
Reconnect Internet and power cable after the
indication light stops flashing
Now, you can retry the normal setup procedures with
an existing or new App account.
