Gateway Reset
Reset
Please follow below steps to reset the gateway if your
App account does not connect.

Ensure Internet and power cable is connected to
gateway

Use the end of a paperclip to press the reset button
at the back of gateway

Press and hold for 5 second to reset the internet and
account setting
4
Reconnect Internet and power cable after the
indication light stops flashing
Now, you can retry the normal setup procedures with
an existing or new App account.
