As with any training tool, not all exercises with PRO S-S are
suitable for everyone. It is important to adjust your training
programme to your personal fitness level and medical
condition. Consult your doctor or other medical proffesionals.
Do not use PRO S-S without supervison if you are pregnant, have
medical issues or are underaged.

SETTING ELASTIC BANDS:
The key to effective workout is the right setting of the number of
elastic bands!
The level of workout difficulty increases by narrowing the
position of steps (picture 1, 2) and by lowering your body.

PRO SKI-SIMULATOR USER GUIDE:
1. During the PRO S-S workout wear comfortable clothes and
shoes with non-slip rubber soles.
2. Before using PRO S-S make sure the elastic bands are
adequately/correctly and paralelly fitted.
3. To prevent Pro S-S from moving during use and to prevent
physical injuries or damage to the floor surface, PRO S-S
should only be used on clean, firm, even and non-sticky
surface. Don't use it on soft carpets, cork floors and uneven
and slippery surfaces.
4. MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED LOAD OF PRO S-S IS 120 KG.
IMPORTANT:
Occasionaly use silicon lubricant spray or oil
on the runner.
