Extensioncords—Topreventtheappliancecordandthe
extensioncordfromdisconnectingduringoperation,connectthe
extensioncordtotheapplianceasshownon
Figure4.
Avoidaccidentalstarting—Don’tcarrytheappliancewithyour
ngerontheswitch.Ensurethattheswitchisoffwhenpluggingin
theappliance.
Iftheappliancecordisdamagedinanymannerwhileitisplugged
in,disconnecttheextensioncordfromwallreceptacleandcontact
anAuthorizedServiceDealer.
Don’tabusethecord—Nevercarrytheappliancebyitscordor
yankontheextensioncordtodisconnecttheappliancefromthe
receptacle.Keepthecordfromheat,oil,andsharpedges.
Keephandsawayfrommovingparts.
Keepguardsinplaceandinworkingorder.
Don’tforcetheappliance—Itwillperformbetterandsaferatthe
rateforwhichitwasdesigned.
Donotoverreach—Watchyourfootingandkeepyourbalance
atalltimes.
Iftheappliancestrikesaforeignobject,followthesesteps:
•Stoptheappliance.
•Releasethetriggerandthesafetyinterlockswitch.
•Unplugthepowersupplycord.
•Inspectfordamage.
•Repairanydamagebeforestartingandoperatingthe
appliance.
Disconnecttheappliance—Disconnecttheappliancefromthe
powersupplywhennotinuse,beforeservicing,orwhenchanging
accessories.
Storeanidleapplianceindoors—Whentheapplianceisnotin
use,itshouldbestoredindoorsinadry,secureplace—outofthe
reachofchildren.
Maintaintheappliancewithcare—Followinstructionsfor
changingaccessories.
