MK2200-0N0SFKBWT0R: Wired Ethernet, touch screen, 32 MB / 64 MB
MK2250-0N0SFKBWTWR: 802.11b, touch screen, 32 MB / 64 MB; no Ethernet support/chip is present
MK2290 - 802.11 a/b/g, touch screen, 32 MB / 64 MB
