Jumbuck HS-UM006D is a 4-burner hooded barbecue with a high-temperature lacquered grill body, cast iron plate and grill, fixed side shelves, and a single auto-ignition. It has a main burner of 56.0MJ, a pressure of 2.75kPa, and an injector of 0.89mm. The gas cylinder end thread size is 7/8” Type 21 left-hand P.O.L. Thread. It comes with a Genesis-GAC-001 2KG LPG Regulator AGA 6735 and a Genesis hose of 8MM Class “A” MWP 2.8kPa. The appliance end thread size is 5/8” - 18 UNF. It has a warming grid, a grease tray, an oil cup, and a bottom shelf.

FLAME THROWER IGNITION
These barbecues are equipped with automatic ignition, as indicated on the front face of the barbecue
frame. It works by throwing a flame to the side of the burner to light. Push the knob in and tur
anticlockwise to the high position. You should hear and feel a click from the knob. Hold the knob in

If the burner doesn’t light on the first attempt, return the knob to the “OFF” position and try a
couple more times. If the b
urner still does not light, wait a few minutes to allow the gas to disperse
before trying again.
