1. for any lost prot, cost of procurement of substi-
tute goods or services, or special, indirect, inciden-
tal, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind
whatsoever or
2. for any direct damages over the fees (in the aggre-
gate) received by Nextivity from End User concern-
ing the Products purchased and paid for.
