Nexo video door phone Ref. 1708/1 can be used only in systems with coaxial cable and electronic call, with a power supply provided with a

Replacing the Ref. 1708/1 video door phone in a system composed by video door phone and door phone apartment stations is possible 1. only
if the video power supply (R2-R1) is activated in the RC, even if the call comes from a door phone station. Otherwise, system connections
must be changed according to the previous table; it is also possible to add a Ref. 788/52 relay box and a Ref. 789/5B power supply,
connected as shown in SV102-3928 diagram, in the apartment of the user that wants to use the hands-free video door phone. In this case,
when a call is received from the DO (door unit), the video door phone display will switch on and no images will be displayed;
In systems composed by door phones and video door phones with handset, if several internal users are involved in the same conversation 2.
at the same time, the audio level will be compromised; if hands-free devices are included in the system, the audio coming from the door unit
will not be intelligible.
Nexo video door phone Ref. 1708/1 can not be used in the following systems:
with coaxial cable, electronic call and intercom function;1.
with coaxial cable and vidicom camera; 2.
with coaxial cable and 12 Vac buzzer call (traditional call);3.
with coaxial cable and oor call, if this is performed with 12 Vac, because the buzzer can’t be installed inside the video door phone; 4.
in Ranger, Explorer, Sentinel, Vedette, etc. video door phones; 5.
in place of video door phones with electronic call, wall mounted without ush mounting box; 6.
with loads (locks, etc.) directly activated by video door phone buttons without relay boxes (in Ref. 1708/1 video door phone, X1-X2 and 7.
Y1-Y2 door lock release buttons can switch 100 mAdc @ 18 Vdc current max.).
