Contents of the basic kit box
Store at room temperature
Base Station with Pressure Reductor, Manometer and Bottle PP 2 L for
waste (Figure 1 (1)).
Note: The Base Station included with the PrioCHECK FMD IPC Basic Kit
may differ in appearance with the Base Station shown in Figure 1 (1).
Manifold (Figure 1 (2), Figure 3).
Vacuum pump, dry membrane type (Figure 1 (3)).
Vacushield Filter (Figure 2).
Three-way manual valves (Figure 3).
Tubing with top vacuum tip (Figure 4).
Micronic Decapper 1 and 8 (Figure 5).
Assembly instructions
1. Connect the tubing as shown in Figure 1 between the Pump (3) and the
manometer on the Base station (1).
2. Connect the on/off switch with the Vacushield Filter (Figure 2, pay
attention to “Fluid side”) and the vacuum inlet of the Waste Bottle.
3. Connect the Waste Inlet of the Waste Bottle with the Three-way Valve
and the Vacuum Manifold as shown in Figures 1 and 3.
4. The top vacuum tip (for emptying wells from the top, Figure 4) can be
attached to the three-way valve that connects the manifold to the Waste
Bottle (Figure 3).
5. Use the decappers from Figure 5 to decap the number of wells
necessary for the analysis of samples.
