Mindestabstand über der Kochfläche: 60 cm (Elektrokochplatten), 70 cm (Gas-, Öl- oder
Kohlekochplatten). Folgen Sie bei der Installation der Nummerierung (123.....).
Schreiben die Installationsanweisungen des Gaskochfelds einen größeren Abstand vor, ist
dieser natürlich zu beachten. Schließen Sie das Gerät erst nach seiner kompletten
Installation an das Stromnetz an. Achtung! Das Auslassrohr und die
Befestigungsmanschetten sind nicht im Lieferumfang inbegriffen und müssen gesondert
erworben werden.

Si en las instrucciones de instalación de la placa de cocina a gas se especifica una distancia
mayor respecto a la indicada, es necesario tenerlo en cuenta. No conecte el aparato a la
corriente eléctrica hasta que la instalación esté completamente finalizada. ¡Atención! El
tubo de descarga y las abrazaderas de fijación no están incluidas y se compran aparte.

scarico e le fascette di fissaggio non sono fornite e vanno acquistate a parte.

κολάρα στερέωσης δεν διατίθενται και πρέπει να αποκτηθούν χωριστά.

Installing the exhaust pipe (Extractor version)
Warning! The exhaust pipe and clamps are not supplied and must be bought separately.
Connect one end of the exhaust pipe to the collar on the hood with the other end directed to the outside.
Installing the deflector (Filter version)
Fit the deflector (7B) to the flue support with 4 screws.
Connect the deflector to the hood with an exhaust pipe.
Warning! The exhaust pipe and clamps are not supplied and must be bought separately.

To clean the grease filter
Wash the grease filter at least once a month.
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Remove the grease filters - Fig. 1: pull the spring release handle
(f1) downwards, then remove the filter (f2).
3. After cleaning the grease filter, remount in reverse order
ensuring the entire extraction surface is covered.
Fitting or renewing the carbon filter - Fig. 2:
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Remove the grease filter
3. Fit the carbon filter by fixing it with the 2 screws supplied (D).
4. If the carbon filter needs renewing, remove the old filter and fit
a new one.
Change the carbon filter at least once a year.
5. Refit the grease filter
Replacing bulbs - Fig. 2:
1. Disconnect the electrical power supply.
2. Undo screw L to remove the lighting unit;
3. Replace the burnt-out bulb with another of exactly the same
type.
4. On completion, refit the lighting unit and tighten up screw L.
Cleaning the hood
Before cleaning, wait until the hood is cool!
Warning! Failure to remove oil and grease at least once a month
could lead to fire.
Use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent. Never use abrasive
substances or alcohol.

reference, in order to ensure best use of your hood.
Packaging materials can be dangerous for children. Keep packaging
materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, etc.) well out of their reach.
Make sure the hood has not been damaged during transport.
Installation and electrical connections must be carried out by a
qualified technician in compliance with the current local
regulations.

PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL
RECOMMENDATIONS
CAUTION!
Do not allow children or infirm persons to operate the appliance

Make sure children do not play with the appliance.
1. Do not connect the appliance to the power supply until installation is
completed; disconnect the hood from the mains before performing any
cleaning or maintenance.
2. Do not flambé food under the hood. Naked flames could cause a fire.
3. Do not leave pans unattended when frying. Cooking oil can catch fire.
4. Regular cleaning and maintenance is essential to correct functioning and
good performance. Regularly remove all grime deposits. Regularly clean
or replace the filter. Never use flammable materials to convey exhaust
air.
5. If the hood is used together with non-electrically powered appliances,
ambient negative pressure must not exceed 4Pa (4 x 10
-5
bars). Make
sure the room is adequately ventilated.
Electrical connections
Before connecting the hood to the power supply, make sure the voltage
specified on the dataplate matches that in your home. The dataplate is
located inside the hood behind the grease filter.
If the appliance is fitted with a power cable and plug, the plug must be placed
in an accessible position.
If the hood is not provided with a plug, use one that complies with current
standards or use a double-pole switch, complying with current regulations,
with a minimum contact opening gap of 3 mm.
Replacement of the power supply cable with power plug or flexible cable
may only be carried out by an authorized Service Centre or a qualified
electrician.
