• Bottom and top frames consist of durable 1½”
and 1” square tube heliarc welded at all
corners
•
Uprights are 1½” x 1” extruded angle heliarc
welded to bottom and top frames
• Tie bar is a custom extruded shape mounted
horizonatally at front and rear of rack
• Bottom frame has .190 aluminum caster
mounting plates heliarc welded to corners
Pan Supports
• Seamless sheet of .063 aluminum corrugated
on 1½” centers and riveted to rack uprights
Casters
• Heavy-duty plate-type casters, all swivel, with
5” neoprene wheels
