Manufacturer´s Certification

The device complies with the requirements of the directive 2004/108/EC

with regard to ‘Electromagnetic compatibility" and 2006/95/EC “Low

Voltage Directive”.

Therefore, you will find the CE mark on the device or packaging.

Warranty

Wincor Nixdorf generally guarantees a limited warranty engagement for

12 months beginning with the date of delivery. This warranty egagement

covers all those damages which occur despite a normal use of the

product.

Damages because of

- Improper or insufficient maintenance,

- Improper use of the product or unauthorized modifications of the

product,

- Inadequate location or surroundings

will not be covered by the warranty.

All parts of the product which are subject to wear and tear are not

included in the warranty engagement.

Scope of Delivery

- 1 Power cable, length 2.5 m

- Wall mount, 4 screws, 6x70 DIN18182

- Wall mount, 4 wall plugs, type s10

- Panel mount, 4 screws, M6x70, DIN965

- Panel mount, 8 hexagon nuts, M6, DIN 9021

- Panel mount, 8 plain washers, M6, DIN9021

- 1 Install jig for wall and panel mount

Mounting Guide

Prerequisites

Mounting tools not included in the package.

You need:

- for wall mount

Masonry bit 10 mm

Screwdriver-Phillips Bit #3

- for panel mount

Metal drill bit 7 mm

Screwdriver-Phillips Bit #3

- Wrench # 10

Procedure

Wall mount - drill the hole (Ø 10 mm) and insert wall plug. Use install jig

to adjust position of the screw.

Panel mount - drill the hole (Ø 7 mm). Use install jig to adjust position of

the screw.

Plug in main power cable into the PSA /go rack.

Hang the PSA /go rack onto screws.

1. Plug the power cable into wall outlet.

2. Switch on main switch through opening at the PSA /go rack

Exchanging the Station Module

Wrench off cover (with slotted screwdriver).

Remove the cover.

Open the lock with a Hex L-Key #8.

Remove the station module.

Insert a new station module

Plug in the cover

Fuse Exchange

Fuses may only be replaced with identical types or other types

recommended by the manufacturer.

Fuse: T10AL250V

Procedure

1. Switch off Main Switch

2. Unplug the power cable

from the wall

3. Unplug the power

- Remove fuse

- Insert new fuse

Maintenance and Support

1. Switch off the unit before cleaning

2. Remove the dust from aluminium and plastic surfaces with a non-

electrostatic dust cleaner

3. Remove the dust from contacts in station module with antistatic brush

4. Do not use any abrasive material.

5. Switch on the unit only when it is completely dry.

6. Recommended interval of contacts cleaning: 1 week
