Normal Operation - The amplifier can be operated in various ways.
1. Depressing the bypass button on the rear panel on the unit is the
same as activating all hardware triggers.
2. Individual zone triggering can be accomplished with the hardware
voltage input triggers. Each trigger will operate as configured in the
setup mode.
3. Individual zone triggering can also be accomplished by data con-
trol. Each trigger will operate as configured in the setup mode.
With data control (see below) you may cascade up to 9 amplifiers,
each set to a unique address. The address is changeable on the setup
page. For connections, the first unit connects to a standard RS-232
port with a 9 Pin female D-SUB to TRS male mini plug cable into
the data input jack on the rear of the amplifier. Addition units are
connected with a TRS male-to-male mini plug cable from data out-
put to data input. The last unit is automatically terminated when the
data output is unused. Again, when in setup mode, only one ampli-
fier may be connected to the serial port.
** NOTE ABOUT LOW VOLTAGE TRIGGERS**
Low voltage triggers and data control triggers will operate as they
have been setup. Low voltage triggers can be used along with data
control. Low voltage triggers will override data control
** NOTE ABOUT DATA FEEDBACK**
When in default mode, triggers and zones work one for one. If you
configure a single trigger to activate multiple zones, the data feed-
back indicates which zones are on, NOT which triggers are on.
Data Commands - All 8 amplifier outputs per address are loaded in one string.
S1=10000000 <ENTER> set amplifier at address 1, output 1 on.
feedback 1=10000000 <ENTER> reflects zones that are active.
S1=11110000 <ENTER> set amplifier at address 1, output 1,2,3,4 on.
feedback 1=11110000 <ENTER>
G1 <ENTER> request update from amplifier at address 1.

sequenced 0.1 second intervals by address.
