workmanshipfromdateofshipment byHarringtonforthe following periods:

Manual Hoists&Trolleys -2years

Electric Hoist&Trolleys, Crane Components -1 year

Spare/Replacement Parts- 1year

Theproductmustbeusedinaccordancewithmanufacturer's recommendations and mustnothave

beensubjecttoabuse,lackofmaintenance, misuse, negligence, orunauthorized repairsoralter-

ations.

Shouldanydefectinmaterial orworkmanship occur during the above time period inany product, as

determinebyHarrington Hoist'sinspectionofthe product, Harrington Hoists, Inc.agrees, atits

discretion,eitherto replace(not includinginstallation) or repairthe part ofproduct free of chargeand

deliversaid itemF.O.B.HarringtonHoists, Inc.placeof businessto customer. Customer must

obtainaReturnGoodsAuthorization asdirected by Harrington or Harrington's published repair

centerpriortoshipping productforwarrantyevaluation. An explanation ofthe complaint mustac-

companythe product. Productmustbereturnedfreight prepaid. Upon repair,the productwillbe

coveredforthe remainderofthe originalwarranty period. Ifitisdetermined there is nodefect, or

thatthedefectresultedfromcausesnotwithinthe scopeof Harrington's warranty, the customerwill

beresponsibleforthe costsof returningthe product.

HarringtonHoists,Inc.disclaims any andallotherwarranties ofany kindexpressed or impliedasto

theproduct'smerchantability orfitnessfor aparticular application. Harringtonwill notbeliablefor

death,injuriesto personsorproperty orfor incidental,contingent, special orconsequential dam-

ages,lossorexpensearising inconnectionwiththe useor inabilitywhatever, regardless ofwhether

damage,lossorexpense resultsfrom anyactorfailure to act by Harrington,whether negligent or

wilful,orfrom anyotherreason.
