Aristotig 160 (LTN 160) è Aristotig 200 (LTN 200) ïðåäñòàâëÿþ ò ñîáîé
âûïðÿìèòåëè, ñîçäàííûå íà áàçå èíâåðòîðíîé ò åõíîëîãèè è ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûå
äëÿ ñâàðêè íåïëàâÿùèìñÿ ýëåêòðîäîì â çàùèòíûõ ã àçàõ äàëüíåéøåì ÒÈÃ),
à òàêæå äëÿ ñâàðêè øò ó÷íûì ýëåêòðîäîì äà ëüíåéøåì ÌÌÀ). Èíâåðòîðíàÿ
òåõíîëîãèÿ îáåñïå÷èâàåò ìà ëîå ïîòðåáëåíèå ýíåðãèè, íåáîëüøîé âåñ è

îáåñïå÷èâàþùåé áîëåå èíòåíñèâíóþ, áîëåå êîíöåíòðèðîâàííóþ è ìÿãêóþ
äóãó. Èñòî÷íèê áûñòðåå ðåàãèðóåò íà êîðîòêîå çàìûêàíèå êàïëè ìåòà ëëà, ÷òî
çíà÷èòåëüíî ñíèæàåò ðèñê ”ïðèëèïàíèÿ¹ ýëåêòðîäà ê çàãîòîâêå.
Êðîìå òîãî, àïïàðàòû îñíàùåíû ðåãóëÿòîðîì ”Ñèëû Äóãè”, ïîçâîëÿþùèì
èçìåíÿòü äèíàìèêó âûïðÿìèòåëÿ - äåëàòü åå æåñò÷å èëè ìÿã÷å â çàâèñèìîñòè
îò òèïà ýëåêòðîäà è ïðåäïî÷òåíèé ñâàðùèêà.
Åñëè ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè íåðæàâåþùèõ ýëåêòðîäîâ èñïîëüçóåòñÿ òåõíèêà
ñâàðêè ”òî÷êàìè”, íà àïïàðàòå ìîæåò áûòü àêòèâèðîâàí ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèé
ðåæèì.

ðàçúåìîì äëÿ ãîðåëêè ÒÈÃ è ñ ðàçúåìîì òèïà ÎÊÑ.

5.1 Ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ
Ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ ïðåäíàçíà÷åíà äëÿ âûáîðà ôóíêöèé è çàäàíèÿ
ïàðàìåòð îâ. Îíà ñîñòîèò èç äèñïëåÿ (4), ðåãóëÿòîðà (5), êíîïîê (6)è
ñâåòîäèîäîâ.
Ñ ïîìîùüþ êíîïîê âû ìîæåòå âûáèðàòü íåîáõîäèìûå ôóíêöèè. Êîãäà
ôóíêöèÿ âûáðàíà, çàãîðàåòñÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèé ñâåòîäèîä.
Íà ïàíåëè èìååòñÿ 7 ëèíèé â êîòîðûõ ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ âûáîð ôóíêöèé èëè
óñòàíîâêà ïàðàìåòðîâ. Âûáðàííàÿ ëèíèÿ ïîäñâå÷èâàåòñÿ êðàñíûì
ñâåòîäèîäîì. Ïåðåìåùåíèå ìåæäó ëèíèÿìè ââåðõ èëè âíèç ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ñ
ïîìîùüþ êðàñí ûõ êíîïîê.
Ïåðåìåùåíèå â ïðåäåëàõ ëèíèè (âûáîð ôóíêöèè) îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ çåëåíûìè
êíîïêàìè.
Ïàðàìåòðû óñòàíàâëèâàþòñÿ ñ ïîìîùüþ ðåãóëÿòîðà(5). Ñâåòîäèîä ñëåâà îò
ðåãóëÿòîðà îáîçíà÷àåò ðàçìåðíîñòü óñòàíàâëèâàåìîãî ïàðàìåòðà (Àìïåð
îëüò/ ñåêóíäà). Åñëè íà ëèíèè òîëüêî âûáèðàþòñÿ ôóíêöèè òî íà äèñïëåå

ðåæèì ñâàðêè. Òî æå ñàìîå îòíîñèòñÿ ê 2-õ òàêòíîìó ðåæèìó,
åñëè ñâàðêà íå âåäåòñÿ. Â ïðîöåññå ñâàðêè â äâóõòàêòíîì
ðåæèìå íåîáõîäèìî êðàòêîâðåìåííî îòïóñòèòü êíîïêó..
Àðèñòîòèã èìååò áàòàðåþ ïîääåðæêè ïàìÿòè, òàê ÷òî äàæå ïðè
âûêëþ÷åííîì àïïàðàòå ïàðàìåòðû ñîõðàíÿþòñÿ â íåé.

Ñâàðêà òî÷êàìè (MMA)
Òåõíèêà ñâàðêè òî÷êàìè ìîæåò áûòü èñïîëüçîâàíà ïðè ñâàðêå
íåðæàâåþùèìè ýëåêòðîäàìè.
Òåõíèêà ñîñòîèò â ïåðèîäè÷åñêîì çàæèãàíèè è ãàøåíèè äóãè äëÿ ëó÷øåãî
êîíòðîëÿ íàä òåïëîâëîæåíèåì. Äëÿ ãàøåíèÿ äóãè íåîáõîäèìî ëèøü ÷ó òü
ïðèïîäíÿòü ýëåêòðîä.
Óñòàíîâèòü ýòó ôóíêöèþ ìîæíî, êîãäà âûïðÿìèòåëü íàõîäèòñÿ â ðåæèìå
óñòàíîâêè òîêà (ëèíèÿ 1, ÌÌÀ). Íàæìèòå îäíîâðåìåííî îáå çåëåíûå êíîïêè

Âûïðÿìèòåëü äîëæåí íàõîäèòüñÿ â ðåæèìå óñòàíîâêè òîêà (ëèíèÿ 1, ÌÌÀ).
Íàæìèòå îäíîâðåìåííî îáå êðàñíûå êíîïêè è óäåðæèâàéòå èõ â
òå÷åíèå 2-õ ñåêóíä. Íà äèñïëåå ïîÿâÿòñ ÿ öèôðû îò 0 äî 100. ×åì âûøå ýòî
çíà÷åíèå, òåì æåñò÷å äóãà. (çíà÷åíèÿ èçìåíÿþòñÿ ðåã óëÿòîðîì 5).
Íàæìèòå ëþáóþ èç êíîïîê - àïïàðàò âåðíåòñÿ â îáû÷íûé ðåæèì óñòàíîâêè
ïàðàìåòðîâ, à âûáðàííîå çíà÷åíèå îñòàíåòñÿ â ïàìÿòè. Ò.ê. â ïàìÿòü
àïïàðàòà ìîæíî ââåñòè 2 íàáîðà ïàðàìåòðîâ ñâàðêè, â êàæäîì èç íèõ ìîæíî
çàïîìíèòü ñâîå çíà÷åíèå Ñèëû Äóãè.
Âðåìÿ èìïóëüñà/Âðåìÿ ïàóçû (ÒIG)
Îáû÷íûé äèàïàçîí ýòèõ ïàðàìåòðîâ ñîñòàâëÿåò 0,02 - 5,0 ñåê. Íî, íàæàâ
îäíîâðåìåííî îáå çåëåíûå êíîïêè è óäåðæèâàÿ èõ â òå÷åíèå 2-õ ñåêóíä,
ìîæíî óñòàíàâëèâàòü äëèòåëüíîñòü íà÷èíàÿ ñ 0,001 ñåê. Äëÿ òîãî, ÷òîáû
âåðíóòüñÿ â îáû÷íûé äèàïàçîí, íàäî åùå ðàç íàæàòü îáå çåëåíûå êíîïêè.
Ïðè óñòàíîâêå äèàïàçîíà àïïàðàò äîëæåí íàõîäèòüñÿ â ðåæèìå óñòàíîâêè
âðåìåíè èìïóëüñà/ïàóçû. Îáðàùàåì âàøå âíèìàíèå, ÷òî çíà÷åíèÿ íèæå
0,250 ñåê ïîêàçûâàþòñÿ íà äèñïëåå áåç çàïÿòîé.
Äèñòàíöèîííîå óïðàâëå íèå
Ñ ïîìîùüþ ïóëüòîâ äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ ìîæíî ðåãóëèðîâàòü ñèëó

2 INTRODUCTION
Aristotig 160 and Aristotig 200 are two rectifiers designed using inverter
technology and are intended for TIG -- welding and welding using coated electrodes.
The machines are also called LTN 160 and LTN 200. Inverter technology contributes
towards low power consumption, a low weight and compact dimensions.
The advanced electronics with microprocessor control provides, amongst others,
quick regulation and top class welding characteristics.
Arisotig is equipped with ARC PLUS, a new type of control that with MMA welding
provides a more intensive, more concentrated and smoother arc. It reacts quicker
after a short circuiting drop transfer, which reduces the r isk of the electrode sticking.
In addition, the machine is equipped with Arc Force, which means that the power
source’s dynamics can be adjusted, softer or harder depending on the type of
electrode and the welder’s preference.
ARC PLUS -- because of the regulator’s good characteristics it is only necessary to
change the Arc Force settings in exceptional circumstances.
When drop welding using stainless steel electrodes a special feature on the machine
can be activated to facilitate welding.

Aristotig 160/200 is available in two designs, one with a central connector and one
with an OKC connector for a TIG torch.
Aristotig 160/200 is supplied complete witha5metremainscable,5metrereturn
cable, 1 cable coupling, gas hose and hose clips. Machines with a central connector
are also fitted with a safety bar to protect the connectors from impact.
As an accessory there is a loop handle to fit on the m achines which acts as a cable
reel as well protecting the control panel. There are also two carriages available for
transportation with a gas cylinder.

Aristotig 160/200 are equipped with mains voltage compensation, which means that
a ¦10 % variation in the mains voltage only results in a ¦0,2 % variation in the
welding current.
To reduce the voltage drop when using a long cable it can be advisable to select a
heavier cable cross section.
1. Place the equipment in a suitable place and make sure the rectifier is not cov-
ered or set--up so that cooling is prevented.
2. Make sure the machine is connected to the correct mains voltage.

The machine is now ready for welding.

When the main power switch is switched on the white indicating lamp, on the front,
comes on.
To take your mind off the risk of overloading the machine it has been equipped with
an integrated thermostat that trips if the temperature becomes too high.
When this occurs the welding current is cut out and the yellow indicating lamp comes
on. In addition, the error code ”E13” is displayed. When the temperature has
dropped the thermostat automatically resets.

5.1 Control panel
On the front of the machine there is a control panel for the selection of functions and
setting of parameters. This consists of a display, setting knob, LEDs and
push--buttons.
By using the push--buttons you can move between the different functions. The
selected function is indicated by respective LEDs coming on.
One line at a time is set. T he current line is indicated by a red LED. M ovement
between lines takes place using the red arrow keys.
Movement within each line takes place using the green arrow keys.
All settings are made using the setting knob. The LEDs to the right of the display
indicate the actual unit (ampere/volt/seconds). On the lines where only a function is
selected, ------ is shown on the display.
