These dryers are for drying clothes, towels and linen
at home. Do not use them for commercial or any other
purpose.
Items that have previously been cleaned in, washed
in, or spotted with petrol/gasoline, industrial chemicals
used only for cleaning, dry-cleaning solvents or other
flammable or explosive substances are highly
flammable. Highly flammable or explosive commonly
found around the house include acetone, (nail polish
remover) denatured alcohol, petrol/gasoline, kerosene,
some spot removers, turpentine, waxes and wax
removers should not be put in the dryer. Items
containing foam rubber (also known as latex foam)
or similarly textured rubber-like materials. Foam
rubber materials can produce fire by spontaneous
combustion when heated.

This button switches the dryer on. At the end of the
program, press the button again to switch the dryer off.
This button allows you to start or pause the dryer to
check the contents of the load or perhaps add more
clothes to the load.
This button is a feature that permits you to start the
dryer after a defined number of hours, ranging from
3, 6, and 9 hours.
This button allows
you to select Buzzer and Crease
Free.
To abort the Delayed Start, press the Start/Pause
button, which puts the machine into paused mode,
allowing you to change the delay time.
NOTE: Make sure you have set the disired program
before setting the delay.
NOTE: It will not start or restart a program unless
the door safety button has also been pressed in.
If the safety button is not pressed in a door switch
fault will be indicated (sound “beeps” 6 times).

Reminder Clean Filter LED
Is used to select the desired program. Programs
available are:
A new program can be selected when the dryer is
running, the drying process will continue using the
settings from the new program. If the program is
changed from a Manual program to a Sensor program
then an ambient check may occur.
The LED is illuminated at the end of the program
.
NOTE: When the temperature setting is on Airing
the Sensor programs cannot be selected.
Each successive press will cycle through the options
as below.
Crease Free:
The Crease Free feature is designed to help prevent
creases forming in the clothes after the normal drying
cycle has finished. The drum will rotate about 5 seconds
every minute and will go for 3 hours. This is useful
if you are unable to empty the dryer straigh away.

The child lock option is used to stop the settings
being changed once a program has been started.

These indicators show at which part of the cycle your
machine is, the Drying or Cooling cycle or the End.
You can invert the name badge when you want to
mount your dryer upside down on the wall.
Use a suitable tool (such as a thin bladed tool).
Unclip the badge from the panel, invert and clip back.
NOTE: If the door is opened during the program
the Child Lock option will be de-activated and
will have to be reset once the dryer has been
restarted.

OPERATING SEQUENCE
Buzzer:
The Buzzer feature is designed to remind you when
the program ends with a “beeps” sound.
NOTE: Airing cannot be selected when one of the
Sensor programs has been selected.
Is used to select one of the three settings, Normal,
Delicates
or Airing. The Delicates setting will cause
the heater to cycle on for less time than the Normal
setting.
The heater on/off cycling time will vary on both
settings
depending on the program selected, ambient
temperature etc.
On the Airing setting the heater is not used at all.
A new setting can be selected when the dryer is
running, the drying process will continue using the
new setting.
The LED is designed as a reminder to clean the lint
filter at the end of each load.
To select this
option press and hold the Program
and Temperature button together (while the dryer
is running) until a beep is heard and the Child Lock
LED illuminates for approx 2 seconds. To turn the child
lock off press and hold the same buttons (while the
dryer is running) until a beep is heard and the LED
goes off.
Do not load clothes or other articles which are dripping
wet or have sand and grit on them into your dryer.

For the best drying performance, only add or remove
clothes near the beginning of the drying cycle.
When you have finished using the dryer, press the
On/Off button, to turn off the power, then switch off
at the power point. It is not recommended that the
power be left on to the dryer.
Refer to the table below for recommendations.

Petunjuk Penting mengenai Keselamatan
KESELAMATAN PENGGUNAAN MESIN
PENGERING
Tidak diikutinya petunjuk keselamatan ini dapat
merusak mesin ini atau pakaian Anda.
Kerusakan yang demikian bisa dikecualikan dari
garansi.
Pasang steker mesin ini hanya pada catu daya listrik
rumah, yang diardekan dengan baik dan memiliki
voltase yang sesuai. Lihat label serial number yang
terletak di bibir lubang setelah pintu mesin dibuka
untuk mengetahui informasi voltase mesin.
PERHATIAN: Bila mesin ini disambungkan ke listrik
menggunakan kabel tambahan atau stopkontak
tambahan dengan kabel gulung, kabel tambahan
tersebut harus diletakkan di tempat yang cukup
tinggi agar tidak terkena cipratan air atau kemasukan
embun. Demi keselamatan, dianjurkan untuk tidak
menggunakan adaptor steker, kabel tambahan atau
stopkontak bercabang /untuk banyak alat listrik lain.
Mesin pengering pakaian ini tidak untuk digunakan
oleh anak-anak atau orang yang memiliki kelemahan
fisik tanpa pengawasan. Awasilah anak-anak agar
mereka tidak bermain-main dengan mesin ini.
PENTING: Bila kabel mesin ini rusak, kabel
tersebut hanya boleh diganti oleh Electrolux,
Agen Servis Resminya, atau teknisi listrik
berkualifikasi untuk menghindari resiko bahaya.
Pengering pakaian ini hanya untuk mengeringkan
pakaian, handuk, dan linen di rumah. Jangan
digunakan untuk tujuan lainnya.
RESIKO KEBAKARAN
Ada jenis pakaian yang tidak sesuai untuk mesin
pengering (tumble drying). Bahan-bahan berikut
TIDAK BOLEH dimasukkan ke dalam pengering
karena dapat menimbulkan kebakaran atau ledakan:
t Bahan yang ternoda atau basah karena minyak sayur,
minyak goreng, minyak untuk berjemur, minyak
linsid (biji rami), minyak selada, minyak atau gemuk
pelumas. Bahan yang terkena minyak dapat menyala
seketika, terutama bila terkena panas seperti dalam
mesin pengering. Bahan tersebut akan menjadi hangat,
yang menyebabkan reaksi oksidasi dalam minyak
tersebut. Oksidasi akan menimbulkan panas. Bila panas
tidak dapat keluar, bahan tersebut bisa menjadi cukup
panas untuk menyala. Penumpukan, penyusunan, atau
menyimpan bahan yang terkena minyak dapat
menyebabkan panas terkurung dan menciptakan resiko
kebakaran. Bila tidak da
pat dihindarkan bahwa bahan
yang terkena minyak sayur atau minyak goreng harus
dimasukkan ke mesin ini, bahan tersebut harus dicuci
dahulu dalam air panas dengan deterjen ekstra yang
akan mengurangi, namun tidak menghilangkan resiko
kebakaran. Gunakan 'siklus pendingin' mesin pengering
ini untuk menurunkan temperatur bahan-bahan
tersebut. Jangan mengeluarkan bahan-bahan tersebut
dari pengering atau menumpuknya s
aat masih panas.
t Bahan-bahan yang sebelumnya telah dibersihkan,
dicuci, atau terkena bensin, bahan kimia industri
yang digunakan
hanya untuk membersihkan,
larutan cuci-kering (dry-cleaning), atau zat lain yang
mudah terbakar atau meledak. Zat-zat yang mudah
terbakar yang umumnya berada di sekitar rumah
termasuk aseton (penghilang cat kuku), alkohol
yang bukan untuk minuman, bensin, minyak tanah,
beberapa jenis zat penghilan
g noda, terpentin, wax,
dan penghilang wax. Barang-barang yang berisi
karet busa (juga dikenal sebagai karet lateks) atau
bahan mirip karet lainnya yang bertekstur. Bahan
karet busa dapat menyebabkan api karena
pembakaran spontan bila dipanaskan.
t Barang dengan lapisan karet, kain yang dilengkapi
dengan bantalan karet busa, bantal, sepatu karet, dan
sepatu olahraga berlapis karet.
Demi keselamatan Anda,
dan untuk mengurangi resiko
kebakaran atau ledakan, JANGAN menyimpan bensin
atau uap mudah terbakar lainnya dekat mesin
pengering pakaian Anda.

Saringan benang yang bersih mengurangi waktu
pengeringan, menghemat energi, dan
menghindarkan panas lebih. Panas berlebih juga
dapat merusak pakaian anda.
Apa yang terjadi bila saya lupa membersihkan
saringan benang?

benang. Saringan dapat dimasukkan ke kantongnya

t Hindarkan serabut benang berserakan di sekitar
mesin.
t Saringan benang yang pecah atau rusak harus segera
diganti.
t Beban berlebih dapat meningkatkan penumpukan
serabut benang karena aliran udara terganggu.
Untuk menghindari resiko kebakaran, dianjurkan
memanggil teknisi servis untuk membersihkan
pengering pakaian secara periodik. Demikian juga
bila anda mengubah dudukan posisi mesin dari
berdiri menjadi terbalik, at

Selalu periksa label pakaian untuk pengeringan.
Pelabelan Internasional saat ini menggunakan kode
sebagai berikut.

t Bahan pres permanen dan sintetik keluarkan dari
mesin pengering sesegera mungkin untuk mengurangi
kerutan.
t Bahan wol tidak dianjurkan. Tarik ke bentuk
aslinya, lalu keringkan telentang.
t Bahan anyaman dan rajutan dapat mengerut,
dengan pengerutan beragam, tergantung kualitasnya.
Jangan menggunakan setelan 'normal' untuk bahan-
bahan ini. Selalu segera tarik setelah dikeringkan.
t Bahan serat atau kulit selalu periksa petunjuk
pabriknya.
t Pakaian bayi dan gaun malam untuk bahan akrilik
atau pakaian tidur gunakan hanya setelan ‘lembut
(delicate)‘.
t Karet dan plastik Jangan menggunakan mesin ini
untuk mengeringkan bahan yang mengandung karet
atau plastik, seperti celemek, celemek dada, sarung
tangan tahan
air untuk membersihkan bayi, tirai,
taplak meja, tutup kepala untuk mandi, bahan yang
berisi bantalan karet, bantal, sepatu karet, at
au sepatu
tenis yang berlapis karet.
t Fibreglass tidak dianjurkan. Partikel kaca yang
tertinggal dalam pengering dapat masuk ke pakaian
berikutnya, dan menyebabkan iritasi pada kulit Anda.
Pelembut pakaian atau produk sejenisnya sebaiknya
tidak digunakan dalam mesin pengering ini untuk
menghindarkan pengaruh listrik statis kecuali hal
tersebut diperbolehkan oleh pabrik pelembut pakaian
atau produk tersebut.
Catatan: Dianjurkan untuk tidak menggunakan
pelembut pakaian jenis kantong yang ditambahkan
pada pakaian di dalam drum. Produk-produk
tersebut dapat dengan cepat menyumbat saringan
benang dan menyebabkan operasi mesin menjadi
tidak efisien.

Petunjuk Instalasi
Pengering pakaian dapat diletakkan:
t di lantai.
t di atas bangku kerja.
t di dinding, menghadap ke bawah atau ke atas,
menggunakan kit gantungan yang tersedia.
Mesin ini tidak boleh dipasang di belakang pintu yang
dapat dikunci, pintu geser, atau pintu dengan engsel di
sisi berlawanan sehingga pintu mesin pengering
pakaian tidak dapat dibuka penuh.
Kisi lubang udara memiliki berbagai posisi, sehingga
sudut aliran udara bisa diatur hingga optimum. Cukup
putar kisi hingga mengenai tambatannya.
Label Sisipan (Trim Insert)
Sisipan Label dapat dibalikkan bila anda ingin
memasang mesin pengering ini pada posisi terbalik di
dinding.
1. Lepaskan kedua sekrup dari belakang mesin
pengering seperti ditunjukkan gambar berikut.
2. Geser tatakan atas ke belakang dan angkat.
3. Cungkil kaca tempat label sisipan dari panel.
4. Pasang label terbalik yang disertakan dalam kantong
aksesoris.
5. Pasang kembali
kaca penutup label.
6. Pasang tatakan atas pada tempatnya, kemudian geser
ke depan.
7. Pasang kembali dua sekrup di belakang mesin.
