DETECTION
Plug the TVHUNTER + to the antenna socket and turn the antenna until the TVHUNTER + shows the maximum
power on the display. To avoid damage to other devices, when switching on the equipment, the external power supply
is always OFF by default. Select the external power through the setup menu and press to switch between 0V (OFF)
and the selected external supply voltage.

NOTE: Once the antenna is aligned using the Detection mode, if it is unknown
the channels that can be received at the location, it is advisable
to "Auto-Scan" and save the results (see Configuration).

IDENTIFICATION
Press and wait until locking the signal. The display will show the parameters of the stored test point (selected name
and frequency), the name of multiplex channel tuned and its services identified at this test point. To change to another
test point or layer (A: one layer; A+B: two layers; A+B+C: three layers) press again.

Press to perform fine-tuning. Check that every access point in the installation is meeting the criteria
established by current regulations. To measure another test point or layer (A: one layer; A+B: two layers; A+B+C: three layers)
press again until finding the test point you are looking for. Each layer has different parameters and therefore,
different measures.

It exits the configuration menu without saving changes

Start Auto Scan: It starts the auto-scan function.
External Supply: It allows selecting the external supply voltage for the antenna among 0V (OFF, by default), 5V, 12V,15V or 24V.
Confirm & Exit:
When using the TVHUNTER +, it may appear on the display some messages and icons, depending on the status or
event is taking place. These messages and icons are detailed below
Low power level battery. Plug it to the charger.
The external supply can be shortcut.

The equipment will be switched off immediately.

When no signal is detected.

It is not detecting the Transport Stream MPEG-2 signal.
After finding a signal, needs a time to load the network.
After finding a network, needs a time to load services.
The operation temperature is too high.
The instrument must be switched off for a while.
