Attention After Installation
The two screws A/B in the picture are used to adjust the
weight capacity of VESA head.
First try adjusting screw A by Allen key.Turn clockwise (-) to
reduce tension for lighter monitors and counter-clockwise
(+) to increase tension for heavier monitors.
The second step is not necessary, but if your monitor is still
drooping after you have completed the first step,please try
to tighten screw B.

Tighten screw C with the Allen Key that comes with the
screw pack.
QThe vesa head with monitor(not plate)slowly tilts to
one side after installation.

QThe VESA head won't hold my monitor and the
monitor will droop.

We now add some lubricating oil to the joint, and that's not
dirt oil.
Try adjusting screws E1 and E2.You can rotate them out a
little bit.

QMy arm rotation is too tight and I can't rotate well.

Our clamp is suit for 0.4-2.8" thick desk.
If your desk is thicker than 2.8", please contact us and give us an address. We will issue you a replacement
clamp for a maximum of 4"thick desk.

Try to adjust the air pressure.Find the screw D on the Gas
Spring Arm.
Turn clockwise (-) to reduce tension for lighter monitors and
counter-clockwise (+) to increase tension for heavier
monitors.
If your monitor arm cannot press down or springs up after
pressing down, the gas pressure is too high and needs to
be lowered.
