Upgrade Guide APPTB102S / APPTB800S

1. Download the latest firmware from our official website at the following link:

2. The update is compressed in rar format, unzip the file using on your PC desktop.

3. Installing drivers: With the tablet turned off, press the "Home" button (center button with a

picture of a house) and connect the usb cable to tablet, without releasing the “Home” button,

simultaneously press the power button repeatedly, and the screen will show a message

warning us that detects the device and are trying to install the drivers.. When this process is

completed, the PC will indicate that failed to install the drivers.

4. Then you have to install the drivers manually from the "Device Manager" , as shown in the

video. These drivers are in the download folder above.

5. Once have installed the drivers , we headed to the downloaded folder and run the

application as administrator "Image Burn Tool". Once opened , enter the firmware in the

application and make the process "Erase Nand", as shown in the video . The firmware is in the

download folder above, the name of the firmware is 1006a2apn0425 -pc- player.zip.

6. When the process "Erase Nand" finished, click on "Stop- Erase Nand" and disconnect the

tablet of pc. Now we will connect and we will performing the same steps as in installing drivers

: The connect and hold down the "Home" button and press the button several times off and on

, until the application " Image Burn Tool" we show the tablet.

7. Once the application had recognized the device, click "Start" and it would be in to our tablet

firmware. We'll have to wait to finish this process as we will see in the video.

8. Once the update process is completed, turn on the tablet again and will automatically load

the new firmware. Wait a few minutes and you will enjoy the new system.
