1. Install Support Frame (5) on the Base Frame (1), using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (27), Nut M10 (29) and Hex

Bolt M10*75 (45) .

2. Put the Upper Fixing Frame (2) on the Support Frame (5) and Guide Frame (4).Then assemble the Upper

Fixing Frame (2) and Support Frame (5)using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (27), Nut M10 (29) and Hex Bolt

M10*75 (45) .Assemble the Upper Fixing Frame (2) and Guide Frame (4) using Flat Washer Φ10.5*Φ30*2.5

1. First, loosen the Pan Head, Hex Bolt M8*25 (44) in the shown position, insert the FOAM Adjustable Tube

F40*2*310 (39) and tighten the bolts. Then insert the FOAM Frame (12) into FOAM Adjustable Tube

F40*2*310 (39).Put the FOAM Frame (12) through the hole in the Nylon Plate Washer 80*4 (42) and Foam

Φ100*Φ26*180 (40), fix the Nylon Plate Washer 80*4 (42) and Foam Φ100*Φ26*180 (40) to FOAM

Step 5

1. Loosen the bolts for the preloaded Pulley, then Insert the Wire Rope (49) as shown.

2. Put the pulley back in place and tighten all the bolts, install the Link Φ5*230 (17) and Safety Hook Φ8*80

(26).

Step 6

1. Connect the Handle (10), Safety HookΦ8*80 (26) and Wire Rope Φ5*3670 (49).

2. Connect the Lower Handle (11), Safety Hook Φ8*80 (26), Link Φ5*230 (17) and Wire Rope Φ5*3670

(49). Note that there are Safety Hook Φ8*80 (26) at both ends of the Link Φ5*230 (17).

Please tighten all the bolts and nuts.
