Important Safety Instructions
Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete
physical examination from your physician. When using exercise equipment,
basic precautions should always be taken, including the following:
* Read all instructions before using the AB/Back combo. These instructions
are written to ensure your safety and to protect the unit.
* Do not allow children on or near the equipment.
* Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this guide.
Do not use accessory attachments that are not recommended by the
manufacturer: such attachments might cause injuries.
* Wear proper exercise clothing and shoes for your workout----no loose
clothing.
* Be careful when getting on or off the equipment.
* Do not overexert yourself or work to exhaustion.
* If you feel any pain or abnormal symptoms, stop your workout immediately
and consult your physician.
* Never operate the unit when it has been dropped or damaged.
* Never drop or insert anything into any opening in the equipment.
* Always check the unit and its cables before each use. Make sure that all
fasteners and cables are secure and in good working condition.
* Frayed or worn cables can be dangerous and may cause injury.
Periodically check these cables for any indication of wear.
* Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of
moving parts.
* Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely.
* Do not use the equipment outdoors.
* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in
sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later that
you have to disassemble and that you may have damaged
the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate the
unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access. The AB/Back
combo is designed for your enjoyment. By following these precautions and
using common sense, you will have many safe and pleasurable hours of
healthful exercise with the equipment.

Assembly Instructions
Assembly of takes professional installers about 2 hours.
If this is the first time you have assembled this type of equipment, plan to
spend more time. It is strongly recommended to assemble the equipment by
professional installers. You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this
equipment with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large,
heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that you assemble your
product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will enable you to move
around the product while you are fitting components and reduce the
possibility of injury during assembly.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment is critical.
While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room for adjustments. Do
not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed to do so. Be careful to
assemble the components in the sequence presented in this guide.

Step 1 Install The Sub-support Components
1. AttachLower Cross Brace (#02) and Upper Cross Brace (#04) to Main
Upright (#01) using:
two Allen Bolts (#38) M10*95 two Allen Bolts (#44) M10*75
eight Washers(#51) φ11*φ20*2 four Nylon Locknuts (#57) M10
two Allen Bolts (#39) M10*75 eight Washers(#51) φ11*φ20*2
four Nylon Locknuts(#57)M10 two Allen Bolts (#44) M10*75
2. Attach Seat Frame (#03) to Lower Cross Brace (#02) and Upper Cross
Brace (#04) using:

Step 2 Assemble Arm and Cam
1. Insert Arm assembly(#06) into the Nylon Washer(22#), the Spacer Washer
(#21) and the Bearing pre-assembled in the round tube welded on the Main
Upright (#01) .
2. Pass the shaft welded on the Arm (#06) to Adjust Frame (#05)put Cam(#07)
into the window on the Main Upright(#01) and push the Arm(#06) into the
Cam(#07).then connect the Arm(#06)to the Adjust Frame (#05) using a
Split Pin (#37).
3. Connect the Arm(#06) to the Cam(#07) using:
one Bearing Cover (#18) one Washer (#52) φ11*φ30*2
one Spring Washer 10 (#49) one Allen Bolt (#45) M10*25
one Allen Bolt (#41) M10*65 two Washer (#51) φ11*φ20*2
one Nylon Locknut (#57)
4. Attach Counter Poise (#11) to Arm (#06) using :

Step 3 Assemble Weight Stack
1. Put Rubber Plug (#66)in each end of the Guide Rod (#13)Insert both the
Guide Rods(#13) into the Main Upright(#01).
2. Slide Weight Stack Bumper (#29) down onto each the Guide Rod(#13).
3. Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plate one by one in sequence:(#16),(#15).
4. Align the both ends of Guide Rods(#13) to the Main Upright(01#) and secure
them using:
5. Screw Weight Pin Leash (#23) to Top Plate (#15) and then clip to Weight
Pin(#35).

Step 4 Route Cable
1. Connect the bolt end of Cable(#28) to the Selector pin pre-assemblied
with Top Plate (#15).
2. Pass Cable through the middle hole on the cross tube welded on Main
Upright (#01) then route over two Pulley (#30)and secure them to big
bracket welded on Main Upright (#1)using:
two Allen Bolts (#43) M10*50 four Washers (#51) φ11*φ20*2
two Nylon Locknuts (#57) M10
one Allen Bolt (#42)M10*55 two Washers(#51) φ11*φ20*2
one Cable Retainer (#14)
3. Pass Cable through the side hole on the cross tube welded on Main
Upright(#01) then route under the Pulley (#30) secure to the bracket
welded on the Main Upright (#01) using:
4. Pass the through the window on the Main Upright(#01) then connect to
Cable End Bracket pre-assembled on the Cam(#07) then using: one
Washer (#53) and one Bolt M8*30(#48) to stop the Cable end out.

Make sure the Cable is in the groove of every pulleys and to tighten
all bolts and nuts by wrench.
Step 5 Assemble Pads and Shroud
1. Attach two Upper Shroud (#60) to Main Upright (#01) using:
six Allen Bolts (#47) M8*15 six Washers (#54) φ9*φ22*2
four Allen Bolts(#47) M8*15 four Washers (#54) φ9*φ22*2
two Allen Bolts (#45) M10*25 two Washers (#51) φ11*φ20*2
2. Attach Weight Shroud (#61) to Main Upright (#01) using:

Step 6 Assemble Foot Frame and
the Bottle Holder
1. Insert the First Foot Frame (#12) and the Second Foot Frame (#36) into
the Seat Frame(#03) located by two POP Pins (#24) and two Philip Screws
(#68)M6*20.
2. Attach the Bottle Holder (#76)to Main Upright (#1)using:
3. Attach foot pads(#69) to bottom of flat, rectangular metal plates; make sure
that machine sits flat on the floor; then tighten all bolts and nuts.
