UNPACK YOUR LCD TV
• T1530 LCD TV (1)
• Remote control (1)
• 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries (2)
• RF (Antenna) cable (1)
• User's guide (1)

• Warranty registration card (1)
• AC Adapter (1)
INSERT REMOTE CONTROL BATTERIES
1 Remove battery cover on back of remote control.
2 Insert two 1.5V AAA batteries, paying attention to the
correct polarities (+/-).
3 Replace cover.

MEMORIZE CHANNELS
1 Press MENU to bring up the Setup menu.
2 Use the CH / buttons to select TV SETUP, then press VOL+.
3 Use the CH / buttons to select SOURCE.
4 Press VOL+ repeatedly to select the type of signal you are using to receive channels:
ANTENNA, CABLE (Standard, HRC, or IRC).
5 Use the CH / buttons to select AUTOSET, then press VOL+.
• The TV automatically searches for all available channels and stores them to memory.
This takes approximately one or two minutes.
• When finished, the TV automatically displays the lowest channel found.

BASIC SETUP
1 Connect the RF cable from your antenna or cable TV jack to the ANT jack on the back panel of the LCD TV.
2 Connect the supplied AC Adapter to the POWER/DC12V jack on the back panel of the LCD TV and plug it into a wall outlet.
3 Press the POWER button on the front panel to turn the TV on. The green Power LED lights.
• Now use the POWER button on the remote control to switch between On and Standby (low power) mode. The red Power
LED will light in Standby mode.
• If you press POWER on the front panel, the Power LED turns off. This is equivalent to unplugging the TV.

Viewing TV Status
• Press DISPLAY to display the
current channel.
Adjusting TV Volume
• Use the VOL+/– buttons to adjust
the volume.
• Press the MUTE button to mute
the sound.
Using the Setup Menu
The Setup menu includes advanced
settings for your LCD TV, including
channel, picture, sound, V-Chip and
closed caption settings:
• Press the MENU button to
display and exit the menu system.
• Use the arrow keys to move
around in the menu system.
• You can use a variety of wall mount arms with your
LCD TV. However, they must comply with VESA
Mount Interface 75mm standard and must be able to
sustain the weight of the LCD TV (~13 lbs.).
• Remove all cables connected to the LCD TV prior to
mounting.
• Lay the LCD TV face down on a flat surface with a
cushion, blanket or other soft material to protect the
screen.
• Use a Philips screwdriver to
remove the mounting screws
attached to the T1530 stand.
• Refer to the installation manual
supplied with your mounting arm
and carefully follow all directions
for proper setup.

Selecting Inputs
Press to display the desired input:
• TV - to watch TV.
• VIDEO - to view a device
connected to the Video jack.
• S-VIDEO - to view a device
connected to the S-Video jack.
• TV/VIDEO - to switch between
the TV, Video and S-Video inputs.
• CATV - to switch between TV and
Cable TV. The letter “C” appears
before the channel number when
you are in Cable TV mode.
Selecting Channels
• Use CH / to select memorized
channels .
• Use 0-9 and 100+ to directly select
any channel.
