2. Open Housing
2-1 . Unscrew the upper case (2pcs of FPH M3
screws in rear side)
(Screwdriver torque : 5.0±0.2 kgf. cm )
2-2. Unscrew the upper case (2pcs of FH M3
screws in top side ).
(Screwdriver torque : 5.0±0.2 kgf. cm )

2-3. Remove the Upper case
2-4. Unscrew 3 screws from HDD supporter
(Screwdriver torque : 5.0±0.2 kgf. cm )
2-5. Remove the protection from HDD
supporter’s thermal tape

2-6. You will see the kernel of Digital Engine
VIA C7 series CPU is nano BGA package, so the CPU already mount on MB
No need to detach the CPU Heatsink.

3. Install Key components
3-1 Insert memory module
Insert the memory module in upper slot in 30
degree angle as shown in the picture, push
down the memory module slowly till there's a
clipping sound.

3-2 . Assemble the hard disc
3-2-1. Insert the SATA hard disc into the
support with about 30 degree angle
3-2-2. Screw the hard disc on the supporter
with 4pcs of FPH M3 screws
(Screwdriver torque : 2.5±0.1 kgf. cm )

3-3. Assemble the MPI-SATA card
3-3-1. Assemble the MPI-SATA card to the
hard disc
3-3-2. Screw the MPI-SATA card on the
supporter with 2pcs M2 screws
(Screwdriver torque:0.7±0.1kgf.cm)

4. Assemble the Supporter & Upper Case
4-1. Assemble the supporter and lower case
4-1-1 Insert the MPI-SATA card into the slot on
motherboard
4-1-2Screw the supporter on the lower
case with 2pcs of FH M3 screws and 1pcs of
FPH M3 screw
(Screwdriver torque : 5.0±0.2 kgf. cm )

4-2. Connect the wires
4-2-1.Connect the power switch wire
4-2-2.Connect the front USB wires
4-2-3 Adjust the USB cable to arrange it under
the supporter

4-3. Assemble the upper case
4-3-1 Slide in the uppercase carefully.
4-3-2 Check if the upper case is rigidly
combined with lower case

4-4. Assemble miniPCI Wireless LAN or TV Tuner card

4-4-5. Align the notch and Insert the card into
the slot and make sure it be locked on the
salient of the slot .
4-4-6. Install the antenna wire with the button
of the wireless LAN or TV-tuner card
4-4-7. Arrange the wire to avoid damaging the 4-4-8
wire. According the photo.
. Caution : Arrange the wire or cable not
well. The MPISATA card will damage
the wire or cable .

Appendix 3 Watch Dog Timer Configuration
T WDT is used to g y o utput a use
programmable count. The WDT is suitable for use in the prevention
stem lock-up, such as when software becomes trapped in a deadlock.
