stopping power for every application, and are available at an economical price.

Now, there’s a great reason to take another look at the VIPro by Bendix program.

Bendix has brought their reman brake shoe operations in house. So, VIPro by Bendix

shoes are produced at the new Bendix Brake Shoe Remanufacturing Center under the

same rigorous standards required by Bendix and their OEs.

Select the friction that’s right for you.

These frictions are designed for single axles from 20,000 lbs. up to a maximum of

23,000 lbs. and tandem axles from 40,000 lbs. up to a maximum of 46,000 lbs. GAWR.

All VIPro by Bendix linings meet FMVSS 121 testing standards, and are certified using

an AL 165 factor.

20K Standard Linings

The VIPro 20K Standard lining provides consistent performance in day-to-day continuous

service markets using single axles up to a maximum of 20,000 lbs. and tandem axles up

to a maximum of 40,000 lbs. GAWR. The VIPro 20K Standard is ideally suited for light-

& medium-duty applications, such as dry freight, inter-modal leasing, and general

highway hauling.

The VIPro 20K Premium lining provides excellent performance in demanding highway

applications and in mountainous terrain. The VIPro 20K Premium lining is a multi-

application, all makes lining for single axles up to a maximum of 20,000 lbs. and tandem

axles up to a maximum of 40,000 lbs. GAWR.

Every shoe is coined, a process that returns the shoe to OEM tolerances. Our next generation

coatings combat corrosion and virtually eliminate rust jacking. To select high quality, durable

friction we go beyond industry standard friction testing to conduct our own proprietary testing.

Our OE process helps prevent the problems associated with cracking, as well as loose lining

and rivets. To confirm that our shoes meet our standards and deliver reliable performance,

our inspection and testing procedures go beyond industry norms. With more than 75,000

shoes readily available in inventory and three North American distribution centers, our

customers have fast and easy access to the products they need.

VIPro

™

23K Premium lining is a medium to high friction formulation which provides

excellent stopping power in demanding applications. VIPro 23K is a multi-application lining

for single axle applications up to a maximum of 23,000 lbs. and tandem axles up to 46,000 lbs.
