ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR

DALTON DESK LAMP

Model # 3852-21

1.03852-21

1. Remove all parts and lay on a ﬂat surface.

2. Attach the shade to the shade holder cup,

then fasten the screws clockwise into to the cup.

3. Screw the bulb clockwise into the socket.

4. The lamp is completed.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one

blade is wider than the other) as a feature to

reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will ﬁt

in a polarized outlet onl y o

ne way. If the plug does

not ﬁt fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still

does not ﬁt, contact a qualiﬁed electrician. Never

use with an extension cord unless plug can be

fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
