Head Cap Bolt

STEP 2

IMPORTANT

Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled.

You should keep Hex Wrench in the safe place as you may need to

tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future.

Wood Screw

Wood Screw

Attach four Casters

to Base (J) with

Wood Screws.

(See figure 1)

Attach Side Panel (B) to Base (J)

with Head Cap Bolts.

Attach Middle Panel (C) and

Back Piece (G) to Base (J).

Head Cap Bolt

STEP 3

Slide Back Panel (E) and

(F) to the unit.

Attach Back Stretcher (H)

and Front Piece (I) to the

unit with Head Cap Bolts.

Attach Side Panel (D) and

Divider (M) to the unit with

Head Cap Bolts.

STEP 4

Wood Screw

Attach Gate Leg (R) at the

back of unit with Wood Screws.

(See figure 2)

STEP 5

Assemble Handle Arm (S) to Side Panel (D) with Head Cap Bolts.

Slide Round Arm (T) into place.

Attach Knife Box (U) to Side Panel (B) with Head Cap Bolts.

Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels and middle panels at the desired level.

Place Shelf (P) and (Q).

STEP 8

Cover up all holes

with Wood Plugs.

STEP 7

Assemble Pull Handles to Door (K) and (L)

with Machine Screws. (See figure 4)

Attach Door (K) by inserting the lower Spring Pin into

the hole until it clicks (See figure 5) and then do the

same for the upper Spring Pin.

Do the same process for Door (L).

Slide Drawer (N) and (O) into place.

Put Cam Lock Screws into the

pre-drilled holes at Top (A).

Place Top (A) onto the unit,

using Cam Locks.

with Machine Screws on

the Front Part(N1, O1).

Using a ,

insert Wood Screws (long) into the

pre-drilled holes as shown, tighten

half way. (See figure 1)

Philips screwdriver

(Figure 1)

Slide the plywood Base Part (N5, O5)

into the grooves on Side Parts (N3, O3)

and (N4, O4). Be sure to push the plywood all

the way forward so it meets the Front Part (N1, O1).

Insert Wood Screws (short) into the

pre-drilled holes on Base Part (N5, O5),

then tighten all Wood Screws.
