  • Hello! I've reviewed the BigTouch Quick Start Guide and am ready to assist you. This document provides initial setup information for the BigTouch touch display device, including hardware installation, basic Windows configuration and network settings. I'm here to answer any questions you might have about setting up your device.

    How long should I wait after pressing the power button?

BigTouch Quick Start Guide
Hardware Setup
1) The BigTouch device should be installed in an upright posion.
2) All cables should be connected.
3) Toggle the power switch to the ON posion.
4) Press the power buon on the side panel.
5) Wait 2-3 minutes for Windows to complete its internal processes.
6) While you are waing, locate the 5” x 5” Microso Product Idener card (which is either taped to the back of the monitor or
in the BigTouch documentaon package) and put it in a safe place. If desired, verify that a keyboard and mouse are ready to
use. A wired or wireless Internet access point is also required.
Microsoft® Windows 8 Setup
Using a keyboard and mouse, follow the Windows prompts to dene your region and default language, personalize your color
scheme and assign a name to the device, connect to a wireless network, and create a user account.
NOTES:
If prompted to enter the Microso Windows 8 product key, enter the product key located on the 5” x 5” Microso Product Iden-
er card (which is either taped to the back of the monitor or in the BigTouch documentaon package).
If you are connected to the internet via a wired connecon, you do not need to set up wireless sengs. In that case, tap Skip the
step.
Aer nishing the Windows setup, the BigTouch device is ready for you to use.
