Application

The Honeywell 7800 SERIES is a microprocessor-

based integrated burner control for automatically fired gas,

oil, coal or combination fuel single-burner applications.

The 7800 SERIES is programmed to provide a level of

safety, functional capability and features beyond the ca-

pacity of conventional controls. Functions provided by the

7800 SERIES include automatic burner sequencing, flame

supervision, system status indication, system or self diag-

nostics and troubleshooting.

The Dust Cover provides a protective cover for configu-

ration jumpers and plug-in purge timers (if applicable) on

the RM7823A Primary Flame Switch, RM7885A Manual

Start Primary, RM7890A, B Primary Control, RM7895A,

B, C, D Primary Control and RM7840E, G, L, M Auto-

matic Programming Control.

1.Align the two interlocking ears of the Dust Cover

with the two mating slots on the RM7823, RM7885,

RM7890, RM7895 or RM7840 Relay Module.

2.Insert the two interlocking ears into the two mating

slots and with a hinge action push on the upper corners of

the Dust Cover to secure it.

3.Verify that the Dust Cover is firmly in place.
