Initiate sharing from window
Each window has a blue Quant icon in the header. Click the icon to initiate sharing
Label indicate if window is shared
Once a window is visible to others its clearly identified by a label

Stop / modify sharing
To stop or modify sharing, click the blue icon again. Click “Un-share” to stop sharing (all is impacted).
Click pop-down to modify window permissions or individual sharing to each individual participant.
Add participants to existing sharing
To add new participants to an existing sharing click the blue icon again and click share.

Drag & Drop windows via Navigation curtain
Drag the window over the Top-Center of the monitor. This will trigger the navigation curtain to appear.

View another desktop
Move mouse over Top-Left center of the monitor to trigger the Navigation Curtain to show. Click on
the desktop you want to see
The ‘view indicator’ in Top-Right corner show the name of the desktop currently viewed
Each window show the owner of the window in the Top-Right corner, and the viewers of the window
along the left side of the window

Drag view
When viewing a desktop larger than your monitor, drag the view with mouse/touch from the navigation
curtain
If the monitor support touch, alternatively hold down CTRL+SHIFT on the keyboard and drag directly
on the monitor.

Zoom view
To get an overview of a large desktop or to zoom in on a specific detail, move mouse over the desktop
view indicator in the navigation curtain and scroll the mouse-wheel.
Alternatively, pinch and zoom using touch on the view-indicator
Alternatively, hold down CTRL+SHIFT while zoom-pinch director on the touch-screen

Windows inbox
If another user is sending a window link to your desktop it will by default be placed in your window-
inbox. This is accessible from the blue icon in the system-tray
It is possible to allow specific users to drop windows directly on your desktop, without any prompts. Pull
down the Navigation Curtain from Top-Center trigger on the monitor, click the ‘gear’ icon and choose
the users you want to allow access to your desktop
NOTE: allowing a user access to your desktop does NOT mean they can see your windows. It only
means they can drop windows onto your desktop without permissions. This is useful during meetings or
for video-walls
