• Door hardware should maintain
mechanical free egress at all times
• Positive voltage for alarm output is
wired in parallel so that if one EDK
is powered down the alarm will
still function
• If current draw of electric strike,
EDK, Relay, and Alarm output
exceeds 600ma a separate power
supply and different wiring scheme
will be required
