LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Renin Corp. warrants all components for its pivot doors against defects in workmanship and materials subject to
ordinary wear and tear, for the life of these products. This includes panel components, tracks, guides & rollers and
hardware.
This warranty does not apply to damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper installation or use, exposure to
chemical and/ or abrasive cleaners and foreign matters which includes drippings from ceiling materials or paint.
Wood sections should be cleaned only with a 5% mild soap and 95% water solution on a damp soft cloth and dried
with a soft cloth. Do not use wax furniture polish, bleach or chlorine based cleaners, alcohol, solvents or other
similar agents. Do not clean with sharp or abrasive instruments.
This warranty also excludes materials place on the back or edges of product by others or treatments applied
outside the continental United States. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges incurred in the removal,
re-installation or replacement of any defective products or parts thereof.
In the event of a defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to which the warranty applies, Renin Corp. will
remedy the failure or defect, without charge to the consumer within (30) days from actual receipt of the product, or
refund of the purchase price at Renin Corp.’s discretion.
To obtain performance under this warranty, the consumer should contact Renin Corp. Customer Service
Department at 1-800-257-4093 between 8am and 6pm EST. Monday through Friday.
This limited warranty is given to the original purchaser only, and is in lieu of all others including the implied
warranty merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, return of merchandise, or the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore these limitations may not apply to you. Should you

STEP 1 Prepare Track for Mounting
Insert components as shown in Figure 1 for 2-Door set. Tighten
Upper Pivot
with a Phillips screwdriver as shown in
Figure 2.
STEP 2 Mount Track

to be flush with front of closet. From side to side, center the

STEP 3 Fasten Mount Plates

according to the direction of door swing; right swing or left swing.
STEP 4 Mount Lower Jamb Pivot
Mount the
Lower Jamb Pivot
by placing it directly under the
track
on the pivot side as shown in Figure 3 below. Fasten
with one
Screw
in the slot first and adjust up & down to give clearance between
Lower Jamb Pivot
& the bottom of the
door as shown. Use a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the
Lower Jamb Pivot
to the position shown.

STEP 5 Hang Doors by Inserting Bolts into Mount Plates
First insert the
bolt
in the
Upper Pivot
into the
Mount Plates
and lock into place by twisting the
nylon arm
as shown in
Figures 4 & 5 below.
STEP 6 Attach at Bottom Pivot

Bottom Pivot
into
Lower Jamb Pivot
as shown in Figure 6 below.
NOTE: Make sure and leave 1/8” clearance between the top of the
screw
head
& the
bottom pivot
for proper operation.

If necessary use the
Wrench
supplied to adjust the
bolts
in the
Upper Pivot
to assure the pivot door set is hanging square
in the opening. The
Lower Jamb Pivot
can be adjusted with a Phillips screwdriver. Arrows in Figure 7 below show
directions of adjustments.
STEP 8 Magnetic Catches
Assemble
Magnets
to
Bracket
as shown. Locate the magnet and bracket assembly in center of opening located as shown.
Affix magnet plate to each door opposite magnet location.

STEP 9 Attach Fascia
For 2-Door Installs: Attach
Fascia
to
Track
by removing the tape backing and pushing against track. Cut
Fascia
to fit if
necessary.
STEP 10 Attach the Pull
Attach the
Pull
by drilling a 3/16” [5mm] diameter hole on the inside stile closest to the opening side 36” from the bottom
of the door and 1-1/2” from the vertical edge of the stile. Attach the

with the
Machine Screw
as shown in Figure 9
below. NOTE: It is best to drill from the front of the door to the back.
