Prime-Line U 9879 is a step-on sliding door lock, that can be installed on both the top and bottom track of a sliding door. It features a 1/8" clearance between the bolt tip and the panel, and a 1/4" bolt hole. The lock can be installed in both closed and venting positions, and the bolt hole can be located up to 2" from the back of the closed panel in the venting position. TO INSTALL: Close movable panel. See illustrations for best
installation method. Locate lock to appropriate surface with
bolt retracted (unlocked position). Leave 1/16" clearance
between bolt tip and panel. Warning: Be sure drill and
screws will not make contact with glass. Mark screw holes
(1/8" drill) and bolt hole (1/4" drill). Venting position bolt
hole may be located 2" from back of closed panel.

Instale el mecanismo sobre la superficie apropiada, con el

POUR INSTALLER: Fermez le panneau coulissant. Consultez

Marquez les orifices pour vis (foret - 1/8") et orfice pour
verrou (foret - 1/4"). Pour une ouverture entrebâillée, l'orifice
pour verrou peut se situer à 5 cm, de l'arrière du panneau
fermé.
