The original door machine “Package” as created by STERO.
We took our 15 kW Booster and mounted it on our Model
SDRA Door Machine, then inter-plumbed it to one water and
one drain connection. We inter-wired the motor, electric tank
heater and booster to a circuit breaker panel mounted next to
the control panel.
We put on a shock arrester, pressure reducing valve,
and incoming water temperature gauge to complete the
“Package”.
The “complete” door machine with all components mounted...
that’s the STERO SDRA “PACKAGE”.

Safety Switch: Unit will not operate unless the door is in
closed position.
Fully Automatic Operating Controls: Timed wash, rinse
and dwell for 60 second cycle time.
Motor: 1 HP, drip-proof, 1750 rpm, sealed ball bearings,
with overload protection, completely integrated with
centrifugal pump through stainless steel rotary seal.
Thermometers: One each in wash tank and final rinse.
Mounted at eye level.
Balanced Revolving Wash Action: Above and below
ware.
Front Enclosure Panel: Stainless steel.
Cantilever Hood: Without front corner posts; permits
completely flexible installation in straight-through, corner,
or U-shaped table arrangements.
Tank and Hood: Seamless welded construction using
16 gauge, type 304/18 – 8, No. 4 mill finish stainless
steel. Rack tracks are 12 gauge stainless steel.
Frame: Heavy tubular steel and flat stock with adjustable
feet conforming to NSF Standard No. 3.
Flow Pressure Gauge: On final rinse line.
Internal Wiring Complete: Waterproof conduit to terminal
block in control box for connection of motor service (1
HP) and tank heater (5 kW), & 15 kW booster.
Internal Plumbing Complete: Final connections limited
to one 140° water connection with complete final rinse
plumbing assembly and one waste connection.
