For correct use, please read this manual carefully.
This wall mounting is designed exclusively for a Toshiba LCD color TV.
Before use of this wall mounting, please confirm the model of the LCD color TV applicable or not (see page 17).
Special skill and knowledge are required for the wall mounting. Please ask qualified
installers for installation.

For safety of the user, please make sure the installation area has enough strength to bear the weight of TV

The installation must be done by two persons at least.
Please make sure no screw or part disassembled is missed.
Please consult thoroughly with the user before the application, and start the operation upon the agreement of
the user.
Once the application is finished, please check and make sure it has been installed safely and correctly, and then
hand this operation manual of wall mounting to the user.

Reinforce the installation area (wall) to make sure it is capable of bearing the
weight including the TV and resistant to impact of earthquake or shock.
Otherwise the TV may fall and cause death, injury or floor damage.
Please do the reinforcement if necessary. As for the total weight, please refer to the relevant specification.

TV installation should be done by at least two persons upon confirmation of the

Pull out the plug, antenna, connection cable between equipments and phone line.

Preparation before installation
(The operation must be done by qualified technicians)
Cautions

The operation of taking the TV out of the case or removing it from the stand shall be
taken by at least 2 people.
Injury or pain may cause for operation by one people.

Before the operation, make sure

all the parts in the list are prepared.
●
Pull out the power plug from the socket, and pull out the antenna and external equipments from the TV.
●
Please use cloth and plastic film to prevent the cable damage during installation. In addition, please be careful during operation.
●
Please store the removed stand and other components carefully.
●
Please put a soft blanket on a flat place and put the LCD color TV with screen side facing down.
●
Please read this book with the stand installation instruction.
Assembling and Installation(1)
(Installation of the LCD TV without dedicated speaker)
(The operation must be done by qualified technicians)

Remove the four "fixed screws" located at the back of the LCD TV taken from the case.

Please keep the removed fixed screws and the desktop stand packed together with the TV properly.

Attach "TV fix bracket" to TV set with the supplied 4 screws and "spacer".

The combination of the mounting screws and pads will be different depending on the installation angle, size of the TV
screen, the installation direction and shape of the terminals.

Assembling and Installation(2)
(when installing the speaker to the host of the TV monitor)
(1) Preparation of the dedicated speaker for the LCD monitor host
Take the LCD monitor host and the dedicated speaker out of the case.
※
Please follow the methods and steps printed at the product package carefully when taking them out.

Please put a soft blanket on a flat place and put the LCD color TV with screen side facing down.
(2)
Installation of the dedicated speaker
The dedicated speaker shall be installed in the first place.
Take the speaker and other parts out of the case.
●
Be careful when operating the speakers. The collision with the display or others may result in breakage, deformation or damage.
●
Please also refer to the TV host operation manual (Chapter of Preparation) "Installing the speaker".

Install the speaker at the back of the monitor
● Attach the left and right hanger to the hole at the back of the monitor.

Attach the speaker to the monitor by using the 6 mounting screws (M4×14)

Use the provided mounting screws to fix corresponding to a specific models. Please tighten the screws.

The fixing position differs for different models.

Install the wall side metal mounting bracket to the wall

When installing, please use the eligible expansion screws or screws to ensure the support to the TV set and "wall bracket"
and keep both sides at the same level (not tilted) when installing to the wall.

(3) Installation of "long fixing screws (M5×160) for TV set"

Hang TV fix brackets on the wall brackets.

The operation must be done by more than 2 people.
(1) Follow the steps below to install

Insert the "lower long screw hanging part" of the "TV fix bracket" to the upper part of "long fixed screws
for the TV set body" at the wall bracket which is assembled in step
3

Turn the TV set around on the long screw in the wall, lift it and insert "the protruding portions of the TV fix
bracket to the openings of the "protruded angle adjustment portion" slowly.
③
"Insert" the "lower long screw hanging part" of the "TV fix bracket" to "long fixed screws for the TV set

Change of the angle
●
If the change of the angle is required after the installation,
please consult the dealer or ask the qualified technicians
to do it.
Please take the TV set from the wall bracket when changing the angle.
The operation must be done by more than 2 people.
Adjust the angle of the TV set
The angle of the steel mount can be changed within 0°, 5°, 10°, 15° .
(1) Remove the TV set from the wall bracket following the disassembly steps

Change and extension of connections
●
If the extension and change of the connection is required
after the installation, please consult the dealer or ask the
qualified technicians to do it.
Please remove the TV from the wall mounting before extending or changing the connections.
The operation must be done by more than 2 people.
Extension and change of connection of the TV
(1) Remove the TV set from the wall bracket following the disassembly steps

Please put the separate terminal enclosure back to the TV set after the operation.
(3) Install the TV on the wall bracket by following the step

Disassembly
(The operation must be done by qualified technicians)
The operation must be done by more than 2 people.
Remove the LCD TV set from the wall bracket
(1) Put a blanket on a flat place
●
Please select the place to put the TV set in advance.
(2) Pull out the power plug from socket
●
Take down the connected antenna or other wires on the wall or other fixed location.
●
Other antenna or wires may be unable to reach the TV place should also be pulled out from the terminal or external
equipment.
●
Please take full care during the operation to avoid damage of wire etc.
(3) Loose the fixed screws of the wall mounting
(4) Disassembly in accordance with the following steps
①
Lift the LCD TV slightly and release the "TV fix brackets" from the "lower long screw hanging part".
②
Release the "protruding hanging slot on the TV fix bracket" from "protruded angle adjustment portion"
③
Take the TV set off with an angle slowly
(5) Move the TV slowly, and put it with screen side facing down on the prepared blanket.
