RISK OF FIRE AND/OR
EXPLOSION
Do not store extra propane tanks in 1.
the vicinity of the Propane Stove or
any other appliance.
If gas is smelled during operation, 2.
immediately close the valve on the
propane tank. Propane gas is odor-
less. An odor-making agent is added
to propane/LP gas to enable you to
smell the gas if it may be leaking.
If the Propane Stove shuts off dur-3.
ing operation, close the valve on the
propane tank. Check the amount of
gas in the tank and wait 5 minutes for
the gas to clear before restarting. If it
continues to shut off during operation,
have it serviced by a qualied techni-
cian.
Do not place the Propane Stove 4.
within 15 feet of ammable objects
such as wood, trees, overhangs, and
umbrellas. This stove also requires a
clearance of at least 3 feet from non-
ammable materials to allow proper
combustion.
If you smell gas: 5. Shut off gas to
the appliance. Extinguish any open
ame. Do not light a match. Do not
turn on an electrical switch. Evacu-
ate the area at once. Call for profes-
sional help.
Keep solid combustibles such as 6.
paper or cardboard a safe distance
away from the Propane Stove. Do
not use the Stove in spaces which
do or may contain volatile or airborne
combustibles, or products such as
gasoline, solvents, paint thinner, dust
particles or unknown chemicals.
Only operate the Propane Stove with 7.
the propane tank in its vertical upright
position, on a noncombustible sur-
face. While in operation, do not tilt or
lean the propane tank on its side.
Do not turn the tank upside down, 5.
not even when it seems empty, as
this may cause clogging of valves
and components which could lead to
dangerous are-ups or re.
This Propane Stove must be po-6.
sitioned and operated so that it
is not directly exposed to water
spray, rain, or dripping water.
This Propane Stove must be used only 7.
with HD-5 propane gas. The propane
tank should hold no more than 20
pounds of LP gas. Do not use bulk
tanks of larger capacity. Do not use
any other fuel. The Stove must be
used only with a vapor withdrawal LP
propane tank equipped with a POL
valve. The tank must be constructed
and marked in such a way as to
comply with the specications for LP

OPERATION
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT
SAFEGUARDS section at
the beginning of this manual
including all text under
subheadings therein before set
up or use of this product.
TO PREVENT
SERIOUS INJURY
OR DEATH FROM
EXPLOSION, FIRE OR
CARBON MONOXIDE
INHALATION:
Read and understand all
warnings in this manual
before operation.
BEFORE EACH USE,1. inspect the
general condition of the appliance.
Check for loose screws, misalign-
ment or binding of moving parts,
cracked or broken parts, damaged
hoses or any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
Locate the Propane Stove and pro-2.
pane tank on a clean, dry, level sur-
face capable of supporting the weight
of the Stove and propane tank. Keep
the Propane Stove and propane tank
away from other ammable objects.
WARNING: DO NOT USE INDOORS!
Turn the Temperature Control Knobs 3.
on the Propane Stove off. Open the
gas valve on the propane tank and
check and smell for gas leaks. Per-
form a bubble test by applying warm
soapy water over every joint, regula-
tor, tting, and anywhere else there
may be a possible leak. Observe
carefully to see if bubbles expand, in-
dicating a leak. A large leak can blow
the soapy solution away instead of
forming bubbles. If leaks are found,
do not use the Propane Stove until
the leaks have been stopped. After
testing, close the gas valve on the
propane tank.
Side Burner Use
Open the gas valve on the propane 4.
tank.
Apply a long, lighted match or a re-5.
place lighter to the Burner which is to
be lit. Keep hands well away from
the Burners.
Next, push the relevant Temperature 6.
Control Knob and turn it on.
Once the Burner is lit, safely dispose 7.
the match and adjust the Tempera-
ture Control Knob to the desired set-
ting.
Broiler Use
Turn all knobs on the stove off and 8.
allow the stove to cool completely.
TAB
CENTER

Remove the Tray with Rack.11.
Place the food on the Rack and push 12.
the Tray into the Broiler. Close the
Broil Door securely. Then, light the
center Burner to Broil the food. When
the food is cooked, turn off the gas

position to use the center burner.
The Broiler will be hot while the
Center Burner is in use.

Turn the Temperature Control Knobs 15.
off before removing a pan from the
Burners or Broiler.
Store propane tanks outdoors in a 16.
well-ventilated area out of reach of
children. If the Propane Stove is to
be stored inside a building, the pro-
pane tank should be closed, removed
from the Stove, and left outside.
Tightly install threaded valve plugs
(not included) in disconnected pro-
pane tanks.
17. During each use, visually check the
burner’s ame. If the ame looks
improper, have the Propane Stove

and any other damage. Do not use
a damaged stove.
Before and after each use: 3. Clean
the top of the stove using water and
soap.
