Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
Take the cog base and components for the motor
housing from the sprue.
Attach the sides of the housing to the base
then glue the roof on top.
Take the back of the radar dish and the eight
support arms.
Glue the arms to the back as shown.
The inner face of the dish.
Start by attaching the sections of the inner ring.
Add the middle ring.
Then add the outer ring.
The central antennae is formed from the pieces on
the left.
Glue it into position.
Add the rear bracket.
Add the cog piece to each side.
Attach the round piece to each side.
Add the legs ensuring the dish is on an upward angle.
Fasten the les to the cog base (they will extend
through it by about 2mm.
Attach the octagonal base.
