The equipment is only intended for home use and is not intended for commercial, institutional and/or studio
facilities use.
Contact Trojan with any questions regarding this classication. It is recommended that all users of Trojan be
informed of the following information prior to use.
HEALTH WARNING
Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal physician to
see if you require a complete physical exam. This is especially important if you are inactive, pregnant or
suffer from any illness.
If at any time during exercise you feel faint, dizzy or experience pain, stop exercising immediately and
consult your physician.
To avoid muscular pain and strain, begin each workout by stretching and warming up and end each session
by cooling down and stretching.
INSTALLATION
Trojan recommends that all equipment:
Be secured to or set up on a solid, level surface to stabilise and eliminate rocking or tipping over
during training.
Be set up inside your home away from moisture and dust (the equipment is not designed for outdoor use).
Be set up with sufcient ventilation to ensure proper operation.
Be set up with sufcient space around the equipment so that all exercises can be completed safely. It is
recommended that there should be at least 1 m of space around the equipment where access is required
to exercise.
PROPER USAGE
Do not use the equipment in any way other than as designed or intended by the manufacturer. It is
imperative that Trojan equipment is used properly to avoid injury.
Injuries may result from exercising improperly or excessively.
Your Trojan equipment should only be used by one person at a time.
Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting or assembling your Trojan
equipment to avoid injury.
Do not attempt to adjust the seat or handlebars while you are on your Trojan equipment.
Servicing other than the procedures in this manual should be performed by an authorised service
representative only.

ACCESS CONTROL
Trojan recommends that all tness equipment be used in a supervised area. It is recommended that
the equipment be located in an access controlled area. Control is the responsibility of the owner. Keep
children away from all equipment.
Parents or others supervising adults must provide close supervision of children if the equipment is used in
the presence of children.
INSPECTION
Do not use or permit use of any equipment that is damaged, or has worn or broken parts. For all Trojan
equipment use only replacement parts supplied by Trojan.
Always make sure that all nuts and bolts are tightened prior to each use.
Maintain labels and nameplates – do not remove labels for any reason. They contain
important information.
Equipment maintenance – preventative maintenance is the key to smooth operating equipment. Please
ensure that you follow our maintenance tips to ensure the continued correct function of your
Trojan equipment.
Before any use, examine all accessories approved for use with the Trojan equipment for damage or wear.
Should your Trojan equipment appear damaged or worn, do not attempt to use or repair the
equipment yourself.

OPERATING WARNINGS
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to instruct all users as to the proper operating procedures of all
Trojan equipment.
Keep children away from all moving parts. Parents must provide close supervision of children if the
equipment is used in the presence of children.
Do not wear loose tting clothing or jewellery when using the equipment. It is also recommended that
users tie up long hair to avoid contact with moving parts.
Ensure that anyone not using the equipment stays clear of the user, accessories and moving parts while
the machine is in operation.
USER WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
This Trojan Elite 3000 Exercise Bike may not be used by persons weighing more than 150 kg.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. PREPARATION
Before assembling make sure that you will have enough space around the item.
Use the supplied parts and hardware for the assembly.
Before assembling please check whether all the required parts have been supplied as per the exploded
drawing on the previous page.
STEP 1
STEP 1: FRONT AND REAR STABILISERS
INSTALLATION
Attach the Front Stabiliser (6) onto the front curve
of the Main Frame (1) with 2 x Carriage Bolt (60),
2 x Flat Washer (58) and 2 x Cap Nut (59).
Tighten cap nuts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
Attach the Rear Stabiliser (4) onto the front curve of
the Main Frame (1) with 2 x Hexagon Bolt (61),
2 x Flat Washer (58). Tighten cap nuts with the Allen
Wrench S6 provided.
The Cranks, Pedal Shafts, and Foot Pedals are marked
“R” for Right and “L” for Left.
Insert pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (27) into
threaded hole in the left crank. Turn the pedal shaft
by hand in counter-clockwise direction until snug.
Note: DO NOT turn the pedal shaft in the clockwise
direction, doing so will strip the threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (27) with
the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (28) into
threaded hole in right crank. Turn the pedal shaft by
hand in clockwise direction until snug. Tighten the
pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (28) with the Multi
Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 2: HANDLEBAR POST AND COVER
Remove 6 x Hexagon Bolt (62), 4 x Curve Washer (64)
and 2 x Flat Washers (58) from the tube of Main Frame
(1). Remove bolts with S6 Allen Wrench provided.
Connect the Sensor Wire (70) from the Main Frame (1)
to the Extension Sensor Wire (38) from the
Handlebar Post (3).
Insert the Handlebar Post (3) onto the tube of Main
Frame (1) and secure with 6 x Hexagon Bolt (62), 4 x
Curve Washer (64) and 2 x Flat Washer (58) that were
removed. Tighten bolts with S6 Allen Wrench provided.

STEP 3: SEAT POST, SLIDING TUBE COVER,
CUSHION, AND SLIDING TUBE
INSTALLATION
Remove 3 x Flat Washer (66) and 3 x Nylon Nut (65)
from underside of the Seat Cushion (46). Guide bolts
on underside of the Seat Cushion (46) through holes
on top of the Seat Slider (7), attach with removed
3 x Flat Washer (66) and 3 x M8 Nylon Nut (65).
Tighten nylon nuts with Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
Attach the Seat Slider (7) to the Seat Post (5) with
Knob (50) by turning it in a clockwise direction to
lock the Seat Slider (7) in the suitable position.
Insert the Seat Post (5) into the Seat Post Plastic
Bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then
attach the M16 Seat Height Adjustable Knob (51)
onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by turning it in
a clockwise direction to lock the Seat Post (5) in the
suitable position.
Turn the M16 Seat Height Adjustable Knob (51) in a
counterclockwise direction to release the Seat Post
(5) and then slide the Seat Post (5) up or down
slightly to the desired hole for the suitable position.
Lock the Seat Post (5) in place by tightening the Seat
Height Adjustable Knob (51) in a clockwise direction.
To adjust the Seat Back and Forth, turn the
Knob (50) in a counterclockwise direction to release
the Seat Slider (7) and then slide the Seat Slider (7)
back or forth slightly to the desired hole for the
suitable position. Lock the Seat Slider (7) in place by
tightening the Knob (50) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, make
sure the seat post plastic bushing does not exceed
the marked line on the seat post.

STEP 4: HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION
Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (41) into the
hole of the Handlebar Post (3) and then pull them
out from the top of the Handlebar Post (3).
Attach Handlebar (2) onto Handlebar Post (3) with
one Bushing (73) and one Handlebar Decorative
Cover (72). Lock the Handlebar Post (3) in place
by tightening Handlebar Adjustable Knob (74) in a
clockwise direction.

STEP 5: COMPUTER INSTALLATION
Remove 2 x Phillips Screw (40) from the
Computer (39).
Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (38) and Hand
Pulse Sensor Wires (41) to the wires that come from
the Computer (39). Tuck wires into the Handlebar
Post (3). Attach the Computer (39) onto the top end
of the Handle bar Post (3) with 2 x Phillips
Screws (40) that were removed. Tighten bolts with
the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Connect the Transformer (71) into the hole of
Power Connector.

SEAT ADJUSTMENT (UP AND DOWN)
To adjust the seat height, loosen the spring Knob on the Vertical Post Stem on the Main Frame and pull
back the Knob. Position the Vertical Seat Post at the desired height so that the holes are aligned, then
release
the Knob and retighten it.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS
FUNCTION BUTTONS:
Increases the resistance level. This button can also be used for setting selection.
▼ Decreases the resistance level. This button can also be used for setting selection.
MODE / ENTER: In standby mode, MODE is used to select all exercise data settings and begin the program.
RESET: Press and hold for 2 seconds for the Computer to reboot and re-start the user setting.
Press to return to the main menu during a workout or when idle.
START / STOP: Press this button to start or stop the workout.
RECOVERY: Tests your heart rate. This button will show the current status of your heart rate
(from F1 – F6).
BODY FAT: When the Exercise Bike is idle, press Body Fat to begin measurement.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS:
TIME: Displays the exercise time. If the exercise duration is not set, the time will count up from
00:00 to a maximum of 99:59 in increments of 1 minute. If the exercise duration is set, the
time will count down from the preset time to 00:00.
SPEED: Displays the current training speed. The maximum speed is 99.9 km/h.
RPM: Displays revolutions per minute. The display range is – 15 – 9999.
DISTANCE: Displays the accumulated distance from 0.00 to a maximum of 99.9 km/h. The user may
preset the target distance by using the up/down buttons. Each increment or decrement is
0.1 km between 0.00 – 99.00.
CALORIES: Displays the accumulated calories burnt during training from 0 – 9999 calories.
PULSE: The user may set a target pulse from 0 – 30 – 230. The computer buzzer will beep when
the actual heart rate is over the target value during the workout.
WATTS: Displays the current workout in watts. The display range is from 0 – 999.
MANUAL: Displays the manual mode workout.
USER The User can create a resistance level prole.
PROGRAM:
H.R.C: Displays the target heart rate mode.
WATT Displays the watt constant training mode.
PROGRAM:
Note: The Computer will enter into power saving mode, should the pedals not be used for 4 minutes. All the
settings and exercise data will be stored until used again.

START UP
POWER ON:
Plug in power supply, computer will power on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds (Figure 1).
WORKOUT SELECTION:
Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select workout Manual (Figure 2) -› Beginner (Figure 3) -› Advance (Figure 4)
-› Sporty (Figure 5) -› Cardio(Figure 6) -› Watt (Figure 7).

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
MANUAL MODE:
Press START in main menu may start workout in manual mode.
1. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select workout program, choose Manual and press MODE / ENTER to get into.
2. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set TIME (Figure 8), DISTANCE (Figure 9), CALORIES (Figure 10), PULSE (Figure 11)
and press MODE / ENTER to conrm.
3. Press START/STOP keys to start workout. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to adjust load level. Load level display in
WATT window, no adjusting for 3s, it will switch to display WATT (Figure 12).
4. Press START/STOP keys to pause workout. Press RESET to reverse to main menu.
BEGINNER MODE:
1. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select workout program, choose Beginner mode and press MODE / ENTER
to get into.
2. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select Beginner program 1~4 (Figure 13) and press MODE / ENTER to get into.
3. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set TIME.
4. Press START/STOP key to start workout. Use UP or DOWN (Encoder) to adjust load level.
5. Press START/STOP key to pause workout. Use RESET to reverse to main menu.
