Check if the 2 motors are rotating in the correct direction.
1. Turn OFF mains power.
2. Release the two operators, located at 45° and re-lock them.
3. Turn ON again mains power.
4. Press the remote-control push-button
5. Check if the 2 Operators are in opening direction.
If the operator connected to M1 (6,7,8) is in closing direction, reverse the brown and black wires of
Terminal 6 and 8 of terminal board J2.
If the operator connected on M2 (9,10,11) is in closing direction, reverse the brown and black wires
of Terminal 9 and 11 of terminal board J2.
If the directions of the two operators are on closing, reverse the wires on both (6 and 8) (9 and 11)
If the board is in programming mode, go ahead with programming.
IMPORTANT: keep the instructions, including the indications of the programs in the numbered bo-
xes.
If, in future, you wish to modify one of the program elements:
- Re-locate DIP-SWITCHES from 1 to 11 in retaining position and just modify the required parameter.
- Then, reset the personal code (1 to 8) and 9,10,11,12 to ON
DO NOT MODIFY jumper LK 1 without first cutting power, and then power up again.
1 - At power-up, LED DL 2 should light up.
If it does not light.
1/ If the photocells are connected, check if they are efficient.
2/ If the photocells are not active, check or make a jumper between 1 and 4
3/ If 1/ and 2/ are correct: - check if 115V is supplied to terminal board J1
- check the condition of fuses F1 and F2
2 - Gate opens but does not close.
If the photocells are not connected, check the jumper between terminals 1 and 4.
DL2 must always be lighted.
If the photocells are connected, LED DL2 is ON, unless the photocell beam is inter-
rupted.
If LD2 is OFF, refer to fault no. 1.
Check if the photocells are correctly aligned.
3 - If LED DL1 stays lighted.
Make sure that there is no jumper between 1 and 3.
If there is, remove it.
If not, the command between 1 and 3 is still active.
4 - Leaves stopping before the limit stop, and
flashing-lamp stops at the same time.
Select the programming mode (LK1 linked).
Increase work time of DIP 1 - DIP 2 - DIP 3.
5 - Leaves stopping before the limit stop, and
flashing-lamp continues to flash.
Select the programming mode (LK1 linked).
Increase power of motors DIP 9 - DIP 10 - DIP 11.
6 - When the remote-control push-button is
pressed, the indicator-light on the housing
does not light or is weak.
Replace the 12V battery, in the remote-control compartment.
7 - Remote-control range reduced.
Check the connection of the antenna wire (page 9).
Replace the battery (12 V) of your remote-control.
8 - Motors (M1 and M2) not starting.
Check if the wiring on the capacitors and motors is correct (refer to page 8 of your
instructions).
Increase power by one step (refer to page 10 of your instructions).
9 - Only one gate leaf is opening.
Check the wiring of the leaf that stays closed (motor and capacitor).
Increase power by one step (page 10).
10 - Flashing-lamp no operating.
Check the condition of the lamp and, if necessary, replace it.
