Am42FM / Am42FMB
The Am42FM and Am42FMB are flush mounting brackets for flush surface ceiling
mounting of the Ax42R / Ax42RB, and the Ax52R / Ax52RB cameras respectively.
NOTE: Recommended for indoor installations only.

Important:
1. Prepare the surface. Using the cutting guide cut a
circle with the diameter of 13.97 cm (5.5 inches).
2. Attach the mounting wings to the flat back of the
camera using the screws provided with the mounting
wings.
3. Using the security torx bit provided with the 42/52RB
camera Remove the Dome from the camera. Do not
remove the screws from the Dome. The Flush mount
is for indoor installation so please remove the rubber
gasket from the rim of the Dome..
4. Detach the anti drop string from the inside of the
Dome or the Dome will prevent the flush ring from
making contact with the camera frame.
5. Insert the camera through the hole cut in the ceiling.
Be careful to tilt it to allow the mounting wings to pass through the hole and support
the camera from above.

IMPORTANT
6. Pre install the 3 fastening screws into the 3 pre-threaded (smaller) of the six pre drilled
holes on the flush mount. They may be tight but ensure they are fully incerted through
the threaded holes provided. Align the same 3 threaded drill holes on the flush mount
with the matching holes on the camera and thread the phillips fastening screws, firmly
attaching the Flush Ring to the camera. Note that the side of the flush ring that is
labeled “UP” faces the ceiling.

7. Re-attach the Dome to the anti drop string.
8. Using the security torx bit again, attach the Dome to the 3
remaining drill holes on the Flush Ring. This will secure the
Dome to the camera through the flush Ring.
