Powering On And Off The Player
Hold the power switch to the right
for2–3 seconds and the unit will power
on. Hold the power switch to the right
for 2–3 seconds again and the unit will
power off. Moving the power switch to
the left will lock the player and prevent
accidental press of
buttons/functions.
Connecting to the PC and Charger

Use the supplied USB cable to connect
to a PC or USB Charger. You will have
3 selections to choose from: Power &
Data; Power & Play; USB Charge.
Power & Data: Allows you to use
browse files on your unit via PC

BASIC FEATURES: KEY FUNCTION DEFINITION:
without using battery’s power. Power
& Play: Allows you to use the player
while being powered by PC or USB
Charger. USB Charge: Charges your
unit. The player will enter its
operating state when disconnected.
Switch On/Off
While the player is on, hold the
button to soft power off the player.
When the player is idle for a period of
specified time, the player will
automatically shut down. Note: When
the player is connected to a PC, the
auto power off is invalid.
Low Battery
When the battery power is low, the
low battery screen will appear, and
then automatically shut down to sleep
mode. Please charge first before
restarting the player.
File Storage
Different types of files should be
stored in different directories, such
as: music files to be placed in the
MUSIC directory, video files should be
placed in the VIDEO directory and so
on, otherwise the application cannot
find the corresponding file.
In order to upload files you must first
make sure that your player is
connected to your computer’s USB
port. You should then be able to find
the player listed as one of your drives.
(You can generally find the device by
going to the start menu, clicking on
“My Computerand then looking for a
removable disk drive.) After you have
found your device you can open it by
double clicking the icon. Now you can
simply drag your files into the
appropriate directories on your
device’s open window. You can also
create subfolders in order to better
organize your files.
Music Player Interface Description
Operating Submenus
In the music playback interface, press
key to enter submenu:
1. Play/Pause: Switch play and pause
status.
2. Fast Forward, Rewind Playback
when the songs is in Play or Pause,
hold down or keys to fast forward
or rewind within the song.
3. Song Switching Press or keys
to switch to the previous song or the
next song.
4. AB Repeat Select "AB Repeat",
press buttons, when the screen
displays "A", the player is confirming A;
press button again, when the screen
displays "B", the Apoint is set, the
player is confirming B points; again,
press the button, then the icon
becomes "AB", and starts AB repeat;
press the button again, the AB repeat
will be canceled.

Videos Main Menu
Now Playing: lists the file that was last
played and highlights it.
Directory listing: lists function music
applications.
Bookmark list: lists all video files that
are bookmarked, up to 32 files. In the
video playback interface, press any
key to bring up the black bars on the
top and bottom of the screen to
display the current video playback
information, then select the
corresponding button according to
the function you desire. If no button is
pressed after 3 seconds the bars will
automatically disappear.
Video SubMenu
In the playback interface, press the M
key to enter submenu options: "Play
Mode", "Bookmark", "Delete" and
"More Information". At this point video
stops playing and displays the
following:
1. Play, Pause: press button, switch
between play or pause.
Note: This mode does not support
multitasking.
2. Fast forward, rewind: When the file
is playing or paused, hold or keys
to rewind or fastforward.
3. File Switch when the file is playing
or paused, press the or keys to
switch to the next or previous file.
4. Playback mode options: sequential,
loop one, loop all, random and
browsing.
5. Bookmark: similar to "Bookmark" in
the Music Menu.

Note: The unit plays back most videos sized
640x480 or smaller without the need for
conversion, however should you need to convert
videos for playback, you may download a
converter from our website:

Troubleshooting
1. Player cannot power on:
Check if the battery power is out. If it
is, connect the player via USB to a PC
or wall charger, then try to power on.
2. No sound in earphones:
Check if the volume has been set to O.
Check if the earphones are fully
plugged in.
3. Loud Noise:
Check whether the earphone plug is
clean, dirt can cause noise. Check
whether the music file is damaged.
Try playing another music file to
determine if that is the problem. If the
file has been damaged, it can cause
serious noise.
4. FM reception is poor:
Try to adjust the direction and location
of player, try stretching the
headphone cable. Check whether
there are electronic devices near
that's jamming the signal.
5. Buttons don't work:
Check whether the HOLD lock is on.
