•Manual selection of Heating system: Winter / Summer

A. MANUAL 5- STEP AIRFLOW CONTROL –SET LPHW MODE

Manual selection of airflow step 0 1-2-3-4-5

Manual selection of LPHW Heating ON-OFF

SELECT OPERATION MODE 0-10 V / DIGITAL / MEMORY

1. 0 –10 V - EC / AC Fan operation

SET SWITCH SW 1 on PC-BOARD 1 to Position ON. Connect to

external signal 0-10 V (5 steps: 2 V signal / step) from BMS.

2. 230 V –5 step Fan operation

SET SWITCH SW 1 on PC BOARD 1 to Position OFF

B. AUTOMATIC OPERATION BASICS

Air Curtain automatic operation fluctuating between external signals from

door contact and ambient thermostat for optimal screening efficiency and

continuous tempering of entrance area.

DOOR CONTACT

Air Curtain switches to selected airflow step when door opens and returns

to stand-by mode (step 1) controlled by thermostat after programmed after

run time expires.

AMBIENT THERMOSTAT - STAND-BY

Air Curtain switches ON / OFF with airflow step 1 controlled by the set

ambient temperature on the thermostat.

BMS or TIMER ON / OFF INPUT –

EMERGENCY CUT OFF WHEN FROST DETECTOR IS ACTIVATED

The master ON-OFF function (contact J4) can be used to switch on and off

the system as well as to operate a freezing alarm detected by the frost

detector mounted on the heating coil (will switch off the fans –give an

optical alarm signal and open the solenoid valve).

1. SELECT AUTO - MODE ON SWITCH - R 515

SELECT SUMMER –WINTER MODE

(if Solenoid Valve installed in Heating circuit )

2. SET AIRFLOW STEP FOR OPEN DOOR OPERATION

2.1. KEEP DOOR OPEN WHILE PROGRAMMING

2.2. SELECT WISHED AIRFLOW STEP

2.3. SELECTED STEP WILL BE SHOWN ON DISPLAY

3. SET AFTER RUN TIME WHEN DOOR CLOSES

SW1 / SW2

4. SET AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE

THERMOSTAT

5. DOOR OPENS - SYSTEM SWITCHES TO

PRESET AIRFLOW STEP

ACTIVATED STEP IS SHOWN ON DISPLAY

6. DOOR CLOSES - SYSTEM REMAINS IN HIGH VOLUME MODE

DURING PRESET AFTER RUN TIME - THEN SWITCHES TO STEP 1

HEATING MODE TILL IT IS ACTIVATED AGAIN

7. FROST ALARM: IF A FROST DETECTOR (CAPILLAR SENSOR

ON HEATING COIL) IS INSTALLED AND ACTIVATED DUE TO

FREEZING HAZARD SYSTEM WILL SWITCH OFF FANS,

OPEN THE SOLENOID VALVE AND WARNING LED FLASHES
