General Description
Manual operation
System Control
•Airflow power is adapted to site and climatic conditions
•Aiflow settings in 5 STEPS
•0FF = No Airflow
•STEP 1 = 10% Max Airflow
•STEP 2 = 30 % Max Airflow
•STEP 3 = 50 % Max Airflow
•STEP 4 = 70 % Max Airflow
•STEP 5 = 100 % Max Airflow
•Manual selection of Heating system : Winter / Summer

System Control
•Air Curtain operation controlled by external signal from
door contact or ambient thermostat
•If Set point temperature is not reached or the door is
opened, Air Curtain runs with programmed airflow.
When Set point temperature is reached or the door is
closed, Air Curtain returns to stand-by mode after “After
Running Time” expires.

Procedure
•Connect Door Contact or Thermostat to J6 connector on Microprocessor PC Board
•Open Controller R510 to set up Standby mode
•Dip switch on OFF position : No airflow after “Running Time”
•Dip switch on ON position : Minimum Airflow (STEP1) after “Running Time”

Procedure
•Open the door or select max Set point on thermostat.
•On Control Panel R510, select the desired airflow (SETP 1 -2-3-4-5) by pressing arrows
keys P1 & P2
•Airflow rate is indicated on the LED display
•To confirm, press and hold arrows keys P1 & P2 simultaneously for 5 seconds minimum
•When LEDS flashes, your selection is entered in the microprocessor

Procedure
• Set “Running Time” by pressing arrows keys P1 and P2
•Step 5 75 sec
•Step 4 60 sec
•Step 3 45 sec
•Step 2 30 sec
•Step 1 15 sec
•Press and hold Winter / Summer arrow key for 3 seconds to confirm your selection
Important
After 20 seconds, if “Running Time” has not been validated,
programming is cancelled
